How a 13 year old girl life got changed when she found out she was pregnant

So I've decided to keep updating my story and that it wasn't finished.
So it's been a couple of days and today I was getting discharged from the hospital. After a couple of nights with hardly any sleep it was finally time to go home! So once we packed everything in the car we went home. All we heard was three little girls screaming the whole way home it was not very fun. And I couldn't help them because there was know room in the back for me to sit with them. Once we got home we unloaded everything and Jake helped me carry the girls inside so once we got everything out of the car we gave the girls a tour not that they were able to really see anything but yeah. so after we showed them around Natalie started crying then they all were once crying again. So I had breast feed two at a time to keep them calm and Jake feed the other one I would say who but I can't quite remember. Lol, so once they all we done eating they all fell asleep and laid them in their crib. We both learned that when babies are taking a nap or sleeping you should too because it's the only time your going to have to sleep. So Jake and I time a nap too. Witch was amazing to finally sleep in a couple of days. Once we heard the babes awake we got up an it was time for them to eat again. So I feed one baby at a time now so yeah that's pretty much what I've been doing for the past or say. Take care of babies eat and sleep so yeah I will update soon bye.
