Andrei's POV

"Welcome home Mr. And Mrs. Maximillian!" 

The maids bowed to my parents. They're really home. i am so nervous, i don't know how are they gonna react when they see Lilith. nows not the time to overthink..your parents are here andrei. relax.

"¡Mi hijo!" (My son!) i smiled at my mom when i saw her running towards me with a big smile on her face, "Oh my goodness! has crecido mucho!" (you have grown alot!) she covered her mouth while looking at me from head to toe. then she pinched my cheeks, dad just laughed at her. 

i laughed, "Mamá, no ha pasado tanto tiempo desde la última vez que me viste." (Mom, it hasn't been that long since you last saw me.) i said. she's still pinching my cheeks, "¡ridículo! ¡Te extrañé mucho, mi amor!" (ridiculous! I missed you so much my love!)

"Ella tiene razón te extrañamos hijo" (She is right we miss you son) My dad said, and walked over to us. he hugged me and tapped my shoulder. "¿Te has estado cuidando bien?" (Have you been taking good care of yourself?)  my mom asked. i laughed a little and nodded. "por supuesto mamá." (of course mom) 

My mom kept on asking me 'where is your girlfriend?' 'i wanna see her!' so i gestured lilith to come to us. she looked nervous, i pulled her closer to-me and talked. "This is my girlfriend Mom, Dad." i tried to hide the nervousness in my voice. i hope they didn't heard it. 

my mom just stared at her, my dad smiled first and offered his hand. "Nice to meet you. ¿Cómo se llama?" (What's her name?) he asked me. "Her name is Lilith but you guys can call her Lily." i shrugged, i tried to act normal. i feel like im more nervous than Lilith herself. 

My mom didn't talk, she was just staring at lilith. but after a few seconds she smiled and talked. "¿Qué edad tiene ella?" (how old is she?)  she asked. "ella cumplirá 24 este año." (she will be 24 this year) good thing i kinda interviewed lily last time. if i didn't i wouldn't know what to say to my mom's questions. "ella puede hablar español?" (Can she speak spanish?) 

wait..can she even speak spanish?

"si señora...mi papa nacio en españa" (Yes ma'am..my dad was born in spain) oh she can. 

My mom stared at her and smiled widely, then she looked back at me, "You're right she is very pretty. Realmente bonita!" (really pretty!)  

i don't even know why but i just saw myself holding her hand. i wasn't even thinking about it! i just automatically grabbed it, "Yes she is." and i said that. "T-thank you Mrs. Maximillian." she fake coughed and awkwardly glanced at me, but my eyes widened when my mom suddenly hugged her!

"Just call me 'mom' dear!" 

Speechless, what? 

i looked at Lilith whos smilling at my mom right now, her face also couldn't believe what my mom just said. "Sure mom." she smiled shyly.
