I woke up turning off my angry alarm, I looked around still very proud of my new bedroom. I get up doing my usual skincare routine and natural makeup routine, while putting on my fake eyelashes I remember that gas station we stopped at and I talked to the ginger guy, I remember him mentioning he has a brother so maybe they can help me explore around the town!
I pick out my outfit with black and white jordans

I grab my black banana bag and pink keys, I run down the stairs checking the time on my iPhone reading 10:30
I say goodmorning to my mum as I see my dad passed out on the couch with a beer beside him like cmon we just moved in...
I tell my mum I'm going out and she replies "OK, be safe!" I walk out the door making my way to the sketchy gas station

I enter the gas station seeing the ginger guy sitting sucking on a blunt, I slowly walk up to him "Hi its me Serenity! We talked the other night, I just wanted to come round as I'm exploring around the town" He replies with "word, that's what's up you know? I'm fezco but just call me Fez"
We talk for a while as he say beside the cash register and I sat on the freezer.
I finally get up as I walk to the candy hungry for some takis, I go to pay as I see he sells disposables, I kindly ask if I could have one and he says sure, I pick pink lemonade and pay for the takis aswel.
As I sat on the freezer opening my disposable a girl with frizzy hair walks in quite frantically. As my curiosity grows I listen in to hear what she's looking from Fez that seems completely out of it. Turns out she was just out of rehab and she wants drugs which surprised me that this was a store as a cover up to sell drugs.
Fez explains that 'Ashtray' is behind the fridges, I ask Fez "Who's Ashtray? Is it a person?" As Fez laughs he explains its his brother that's 14, "ohh yeah you told me about your brother" as I giggle.
Fez tells me I should go in and introduce myself when Rue comes back out, I nod and mentally prepare myself for probably embarrassing myself as I get anxious talking to others but weirdly I didn't get scared talking to Fez but I suspect its because he is always high and doesn't give a single care whatever you say to him, he just listens which I find quite nice and welcoming.

Rue walks out saying thanks to Fez and stops by me "hey I have never seen you, what's your name?" I reply "Oh I'm Serenity nice to meet you, yeah I just moved here" with a nice smile, we exchange numbers and talk a little bit more about random things with Fez.
I jump up as they are talking, walking to the fridges, I slowly open the door walking in turning my head immediately locking eyes with a 14 year old boy with a buzz cut and tatoos on his face. We held eye contact for quite some time until I looked down to my shoes and I couldn't help but to just burst out laughing, I was laughing my ass off for no reason at all when Ashtray looks at me with the most confused face ever and said "yo you looking to by something, and who tf are you" smiling the slightest to Serenitys contagious laugh.
Finally I stopped laughing and said "Oh my gosh I'm so sorry, I'm not buying anything but I just moved here and your brother Fez said to come talk to you so here I am, also my names Serenity" adding a genuine smile.
We talked for a while which was surprising to me because he didn't seem the type to hold a conversation but we shared some laughs and I found out he dropped out of school and he now helps out with Fez with the drug business.
I felt quite sad for him that he gave up all of his dreams and passions to start working with drugs and things, but he didn't seem to care which I feel that's why we have lots in common, our family's have fallen apart and we do not give a single care for anything or anyone in the world.
We talked for hours on end and ordered pizza to the gas station, I hung round til they were locking up and then I walked home and went to bed.
