'What is wrong with that chick? Why isn't she angry? How is she not in turmoil? And I really can't believe my mate is the 'famous' girl from legends. I can't believe that my mate is the girl I make fun of. I CAN'T BELIEVE SHE IS THE ONE WHO IS SAID TOHAVE POWERS LIKE A GODDESS!! Okay, calm down Apollo, just calm down.' I think while worrying about her at the pack house.
"Apollo!! Come down here this instant!!!!" yelled David.
"What do you want. I'm tired and confused about some private things and I don't want to hear you yell..." I said as he looked at me with a death glare.
"Well where were you? You were suppose to go with my daughter on a date today. Why did you ditch her? Answer me now and I won't ground you," demanded the asshole who thinks I willmate with his daughter.
"Well for your information I needed to talk with my godparents and I never knew I had a fucking date with her! So don't go yelling at me for things I don't know!! And stay out of my personal life you're not my dad and you will never be my dad! I dont care if you filling in for me or not!!! I hate you!" I yelled. "Leave me alone if you know what is good for you," I growled at him.
With that I went back to my room and fell asleep on my bed after all the adrenalin left me.While at the moment....
Artemis's p.o.v.
What did I just do? Argh! I'm such an idiot! Why did I suggest that!?!? I'm an idiot!! Ugh!!! Suggesting that at the time! Not to mention HE'S my CRUSH!!! Okay you just need to calm down or else you will start to hyperventilate again and that would would not be good.
"Artemis would you please come down here me and you father need to talk to about what happened," called down my mom.
"Yeah sure mom. Coming right down. Though I don't see the reason why we need to talk about it. I mean it's my choice, right? You guys always tell to make my own choices. So why don't you trust me on this?" I called on my way down.
"We just want to make sure it's your final decision. That's all, okay sweetheart?" asked my dad as I came down.
"Fine. It is, but now I have to tutor him for math and he has to tutor me for being the next beta of the pack.God . . . this is kinda overwhelming."
"Oh sweetheart if we could've kept this away we would have. We didn't want you to go through this ever. Oh and we have another secret to tell," said mom.
"What is it now," I groaned, because didn't want another surprise.
"You know Star our cat?"
"Yeah of course. What's up with him?"
"Well he is a werecat, technically our natural enemies, but he helped us, we help him. Come on out Star. Please?"
"Hi Artemis. I will be helping you and acting as your guardian from now on," said Star.
"B-but, you're a dude!! Oh my god!!" I yell into my hands covering my face, hoping no one sees me blushing.
"I'm gay so no need to worry there," he laughs, and I mean laughs! The motherfucking cat laughs! Calm down before you throw something, I tell myself, as I slowly breath.
"Okay, so how are you suppose to watch me during school?"
"Easy. I'll become a teacher."
"You know you have to go to school to become one. Right?"Yeah, and we have magic, but I also went to school because I had wanted to become one anyway," he says smiling like the chesire cat (no pun intended).
"Oh, okay. Cool. So who are you going to replace or help with?"
"I think biology is what the school said. With a Mr. Ozer? I believe."
"Oh that's cool. He's my biology teacher and homeroom teacher. But I warn you some 'Barbies' may hit on you in class."
"Oh god," he groaned, face palming himself. "Good thing I'm gay."
"Very," I say laughing. Now I know my highschool life right now will be fun for sure, but there is still that lingering problem though. . .
