I decided to change the design and personality of 2P Virginia.
Via is more of a leader then Virginia, she's rather emotionless at times and has a pretty foul mouth. She gets along with her 1P and is pretty much the leader of the 2P states.
She can get rather violent when activated, and the scar on he eye was said to be given to her by Wisconsin a while back.
She's not quick to start an argument, and is a pretty heavy drinker. She disposes West Virginia, finding him rather annoying.
She's fascinated with weapons and electronics, thus she makes her own.
Her typical weapons include knives, pistols or a chainsaw.
She doesn't really like the 1Ps (Virginia is the exception...) and gets along with Allen quite well.
