Prompt: Powers are real but I dont't know I have any

Damn.... Why does everyone have a special ability but me. I'm just here laying on my couch, eating some takis and drinking water. Why you may ask? Well because I'm a big ass baby when it comes to spicy stuff. Oh you wanted to know why I'm laying on my couch? Oh, well, you see, all of my friends are special and no I don't mean one of a kind special. I mean they all basically have superpowers, and I don't. They always make plans to go out and show off but never invite me because I "could get hurt." So now each time they start to make plans I just walk away, I don't care if they think I'm rude or shit. I'll just do better and more dangerous stuff, watch me end up badly hurt/ dead. But that'll show my so call friends that I had a more interesting life. I go on adventures while they try to outshow themselves.

Welp, it's 7:30 the sun should be setting soon so I should get ready.

I walked up to my room and grabbed a black t shirt and dark blue skinny jeans. I looked under my bed and grabbed my black converse. I was about to put on my jeans when I got distracted by my phone ringing.

"Hello?.....What do you want...... Oh so now you guys want me to come with you, why? Who guilt tripped you guys huh?..... Yeah no I'm not going with you guys. I already made plans and I can't back out of them...... Why you wanna know?.....Oh so you think that I'ma get in trouble?.....You think that if I'm in trouble that I can't help myself-..... Fuck you Eliot. I don't even know why I'm friends with you guys. You know what I'm done being your friend. I'll come pick my stuff tomorrow at around 3 ish if everything goes to plan...... Bye."

Fucking assholes. Why do they doubt me? Why? All I've done was support them, encouraged them and helped them improve with their powers, they never took me seriously of course because I don't have powers.

I pull up my jeans and change my shirt. I put some money in my right pocket and my phone in my left pocket. I walk out the door and start walking near the road.

As I approach the intersection I see a truck with the back open.

I run behind it and hopped into the back. I quickly duck down and lay still. I must of fallen asleep because I woke up as the truck turned off.

I quickly sit up and jump off of the truck and run down the street as the couple chased me.

I took a left turn into an alleyway and then a right.

It was a dead end.

I started to climb up the chain linked fence when I felt a pair of hands grab onto my side's. I felt a shock run through me. I screamed and fell off of the fence.

"Yo what the fuck?" Don't you see that im-"

"Well, well, well, what do we have here honey? Did you finally get us a kid?"

"Well, sorta, she's the one that you saw climb into the back of the truck."

I tried to stand up when the lady punched my chest, sending me flying into the fence.

"Y-yo..... what the actual.......fucking fuck....."

Man I can't breath, what did she do to me.

"Oh no hubby I think I hit her to hard should we help her?" She smirked evilly.

"You can help her if you want I don't wanna get dirty." He said bordly.

"Boo, you're no fun now that the cops caught you. Oh well, come here pretty girl."

She started to unzip her leather jacket.

I got up and tried running past them when I felt someone's hand hold onto me neck. The next thing I know is that there's electricity running through my body.

He drop me on the ground like a fucking candy wrapper.

"Now, now, honey you don't want to kill her like the other girl, right?"

"That wasn't me, she was standing on water, her fault for standing on water. You know what I'll just go get the rope and the duct tape, you deal with her sweetie."

"Man I wish I could fly away, teleport away, or just vanish from here. I should have let them come, but then they would have just use this as an excuse of not taking me anywhere."

The lady walked up to me and kneeled down in front of me.

"Why? Who?"

"Did I say that out loud?"

"Yes you did, are you okay sweetie?"

"I don't know anymore. If you're gonna kidnap me, you might as well not waste your energy seeing as I don't have powers. Yeah I'll just follow you."

"Um..... What? You don't have powers? Wow. Okay. Didn't see that coming."

I got up and followed the lady out of the alleyway and back to the truck.

"I have to pee."

"Can't you hold it?"

"No."

"Go in the alleyway."

"What am I a dog?"

And just as I said that I felt my body shift. I could feel my bones rearranging, my body structure changing.

"Woof?"

"Awwww puppy. See you did have powers. Or is this the first time?"

I nod my head.

"Woof woof woof woof woof?"

"You want to change back? Just close your eyes."

I did what she said, all of a sudden I feel her hit my head.

"Honey. We got ourselves a shape shifting kid. We need to give her a bath first cause she had an accident."

"Sweet, I always wanted dog. But baby this is the last time so you better treat her right unlike the last one."

"Shut up we agreed to never talk about it. Besides, this one is way hotter than that whore, and this one apparently doesn't have anyone that cares."
