You guys may be like "Oh! But Dillan!! You saw him last chapter!" No! I really saw him! The real him! Just listen, ok?

I was sitting down by a bush while eating some Doritos, and I saw a dark blur. I jumped up and smiled. I began running towards it. I saw it stopped for a moment. It was him. He saw me and ran again, I started to chase after him again but something stopped me. I decided to see what he was stopped by, it was a picture...of me? He had placed a little flowers by it. I smiled and began walking past it, I eventually ended up in a graveyard. I decided to look at all the names on the tombstones out of boredom. I was going through a row of people who had recently passed away, I got to one and stopped in my tracks.
"Dillan Whitlock 2003-2022 beloved son to Summer and Charles, loving brother to Stacey, and devoted friend to Fox.
I was so confused. I was dead? That can't be right! I sat down next to the grave. I touched the stone. My hand didn't go through, so I wasn't a ghost. I turned and looked at the town, it was bright and colorful, nothing like the one I was in before. I ran towards my house. As I ran down the street, people turned and stared. There mouths wide open. I heard a few shout, "isn't he meant to be dead?" That's good. They can see me. I kept running. I saw it. My house! A few tears ran down my face as I ran in. I passed my parents' car- wait...my parents' car? They're home really early! I ignored that and burst into the house.

My parents were sitting on the couch. My father holding my mom. I saw Fox looking down at them with a pitiful look. My sister was sitting silently. As they realized the door opened, they all turned to look at me. Their eyes widened as they all made a beeline towards me. As they reached me they all tried to hug me at the same time. I was confused, but I hugged back. Everyone stopped hugging me except Mom, she was crying. "Cheryl, you need to let him breathe," my dad said. Mom quickly let go. "We thought you were dead!" Mom yelled. "Uh...surprise?" I said while smiling stupidly.

After a bit of crying, talking, and a few more hugs, I eventually walked back into my room. As I entered my room, I could've sworn I saw something move in the window. I didn't care, I was just happy to get into a nice, comfortable bed instead of a cold, hard ground. I jumped on my bed, and as I did, I heard a familiar thud from underneath.
