The attic and finding out

Louis, please. Ethan begged for the tenth time that day. Louis was tired and didn't wanna argue with his curly haired brother anymore so he gave in. Fine but be careful in the attic Louis said as he continued to cook dinner. Yay!  Ethan cheered as he skipped off to go look through his old baby photos. Louis chucked as they watched the lad walk away as Harry walked in with freddie.

Daddy! Freddie yelled excited to see his dad. Shh buddy inside voice remember. Louis smiled as he picked Freddie up and hugged him. How was your day. Louis asked the five year old good I got a sticker see. Freddie pointed to his shirt happily. That's so great love. Louis said as he put Freddie down so he could go and watch cartoons before dinner.

And how was your day babe. Louis asked Harry as he gave him a kiss in the cheek. Busy, Ed and I are working on the new song and I had a signing today.  Harry explained. That's cool, so is the song about anyone in particular. Louis teased as he gave Harry a cheeky wink. You'll just have to wait and see. Harry said giving nothing away while wrapping his arms around louis' waist and hugging him. Fine, whatever. Louis huffed. We did agree not to spoil our songs until it's done love anyway I wanna hear about your day. Harry asked as he stood back watching Louis cook.

Daddy what's for dinner. Freddie asked before Louis could answer Harry's question. Chicken wrapped in ham with a side of mash abd gravey. Louis answered. Is it ready. Freddie asked. Go and play honey I'll come and get you when it's ready. Louis chuckled as the small boy ran off again.

Now where was I, oh yeah my day. Well I had to take E to his psychologist appointment. Louis started. Mmm, how'd that go.  Harry asked guessing it wasn't pleasant. Not good. Louis stated firmly whist mixing the gravey. Still not opening up to Dr Baily huh. Harry asked. Nope. Louis said sighing. Give it time babe, he'll start talking.

Harry he just sits there rocking back and forth, I don't know maybe I was an idiot to think he'd actually talk to anyone else besides us your mum and Niall. Louis exclaimed. He'll get there Harry said again before giving Louis a kiss and going to set the dinner table.

Meanwhile Ethan was in the attic going through boxes of old photos. He pulled out a photo book of himself as a baby. There was one of Louis aged ten holding a newborn baby Ethan louis had a big cheesey grin on his face probably due to the fact he had a brand new brother to play with. there was one of Louis aged fifteen, Ethan aged six and their mum they were outside on the side walk they all looked so happy. that photo made Ethan smile a sad smile he really missed his mum. The day she died was the saddest and hardest day for him and Louis.

Flashback:
Police officer: sir are you Louis William Tomlinson. The policeman asked over the phone.
Louis: Yes, why, what's going on. Louis asked confusion laced in his voice.

Police officer: we have your little brother here at Doncaster Police station an we need you to come down here to talk about a serious situation. The police officer informed Louis before hanging up.

What's wrong Harry said seeing his boyfriend get up from the couch. My brother is down town at the police station and I need to go down there and find out what's going on. Louis said in one big sentence.

Ok slow down Boo what do you mean Harry asked. I don't know I just have to make sure he is ok. Louis said frustrated. Ok well I'll drive you, your clearly to upset to be driving in this state. Harry said and grabbed his keys and off the went.

Ethan, Louis sighed when he saw his brother sitting on a chair. A police officer the same one that spoke to Louis came over to them. Hi, I'm Sargent Cartwright I'm the one who spoke to you on the phone earlier. Sargent Cartwright spoke.
What's going on, where is my mum. Louis asked anxiously. If you both would like to follow me in this room here we can talk privately. Sargent Cartwright said calmly.
