Chapter 1: The war. it came too soon.

" The war. It came too soon!" i tell Stephano.
I start to get tears in my eyes. Stephano wipes my tears away.
"I love you. Don't forget that." Stephano tells me,kissing the top of my head. I squeeze him tightly.
" We give you one last chance. Hano over the sword or we will attack." King Barrel says with a harsh tone.
" Never daddy! your being mean! why are you doing this??!!" Bell asks.
"Well if it isn't my daughter Bell? Come here NOW!" King Barrel yells.
I step up.
"She doesn't have too! Shes at the age were she can make her own desicions!" I imply.
" YOU TURNED MY ONLY DAUGHTER AGENST ME!" He hollars.
"Dad they did't turn me agenst you! I turned agenst you, because i think it is wrong to risk THOUSANDS of lives just to take back one sword!" Bell confesses.
"Well," King Barrel says, starting to gain tears in his eyes," so be it. ATTACK!!!"
We all get ready to meet our deaths.
" It was fun knowing you girls." I tell Jennifer, Bell, and Brooke." You girls are the best friends a girl could have."
they nod. then we start to fight.
In the first minute, i had taken down... how many... i lost track after 10. Thats pretty sad. lol. I'm standing next to Stephano, because if i was to be killed, i would like to die by the boy I love the most.
" I'll be right back. I'm going to fight my brother." Stephano says.
"WAIT he is stronger than you!" I tell him, begging for him not to.
" But I have to." he tells me. He kisses me, and then runs off. I worry that the kiss he just gave me, will be his last.
it has beentwenty minutes, and we have gotten through at least half of the army. No one in the Bro Army has gotten hurt. Well I just jinxed that for Stephano, I think. Out of the corner of my eye, I see Gonzales drive his scimitar through Stephano's stomach. I quickly kill all the Barrels in my way, and run over to Stephano.
"well well well if it isn't Emily." Gonzales says with a smerk. " I got my brother in the stomach so he has a less chance of survival. Too bad. I guess I'm the powerfullest brother."
"LEAVE HIM ALONE!!!" I scream at him.
I pick up Steohano, place him over my shoulder, and walk over to Bell. Since Bell wasn't fighting because of her age, it was easier to find her. As i set down Stephano, I hear him groan in pain, and put his hand on his stomach. Bell starts doing medical things but I'm stuck in thought, worring that Stephano might die.
Stephano is gazing into my eyes, noticing what I'm thinking about. He then grasps my hand, signaling me tostop worring. I look down at him, with tears in my eyes. He then shuts his eyes, and his grip on my hand is gone. i start to think if the worst.
Bell must know that I'm thinking of the worst, so she says " dont worry he is just in a coma." It calms me down, a little. I then go out and notice that the Barrel Army was retreating. Mr. Chair puts his arm around me.
"Good job." he tells me
"Thanks.. But they will be back." I tell Mr. Chair.
" I know Emily."
four days later:
I wake up . it has been four days and Stephano is still in his coma. I hope he wakes up soon! I try to stand up and walk, but I feel a tight pain in my stomach. I ignore it and walk out of my tent and walk to the tent that Stephano was in. My eyes fill with tears from looking at my true love, stuck in a coma that he may never awake from. I neal down, his head right near my knees. I start to cry
"Please." I tell him softly. "Please wake up."
a tear rolls down my cheek, and then splashes on his face. It disolves into his forhead. Then his eyes open.
"uggg! what happened? Were am I? he asks.
STEPHANO! I say excitly, immediatly hugging him.
"Emily?" He asks me.
I kiss him.
"I missed you." I tell him.
"Me too. I should have listened to you. You were right. Gonzales is too strong. I'm sorry." Stephano tells me.
"I forgive you." I say. "I love you."
"I love you too Emily."
