Wilbur soot joins the Dream smp and he instantly goes to tommyinnit they go into the "power room" in which where Wilbur and Tommy play the music disc cat. Wilbur soon later tells Tommy about this show called breaking bad and Wilbur recommends on getting all the brewing stands from all around the server soon saying they should start an empire with brewing potions. While he was talking about that he takes Tommy to an area that had a van that Wilbur built in his free time. Wilbur called it the "camarvan" he even said on how the public will see them as idle camarvans.
Wilbur mentioned the collecting brewing stands again and takes Tommy to the back of the van revealing four brewing stands already. Tommy said on how the windows reveal their "secret" plan with the brewing stands and wilbur says no one will see it. Wilbur said also in the world of capitalism, production, and business is that you can't just produce something and expect people to buy what you produced. And you have to either created scarcity or capitalize onto it. Wilbur said potions aren't rare at all so he said they need to create scarcity by taking everyone's brewing stands.
Wilbur said that tommy is the most believable because he is a naive child, so Wilbur uses Tommy to try and get the brewing stands. Tommy tells tubbo and sapnap that the brewing stands make you shit yourself- and they try to get the brewing stands from them. Wilbur asks if he can check all of tubbos belongings and tubbo agrees not thinking about it one single bit and once Wilbur got into the chest and took all of his potions.
Wilbur told tubbo that what ever type of materials tubbo had to make brewing stands had to be given to Wilbur. Tubbo had blaze rods and was going to give them to tommy and Wilbur but sapnap took them instead once tubbo dropped them.
Wilbur then said that sapnap is going to shit and they had to go away and they ran off but the sapnap went on about if Wilbur and Tommy also had the blazers wouldn't they also shit themselves but Wilbur said they had a disposable system and they took them to the "camarvan" and once they got there Wilbur said they can't go inside the van
Sapnap told tubbo that the van might not be a disposable system and sapnap went inside. Sapnap yelled at tubbo to check it out then they instantly said that Wilbur and Tommy are drug dealers
Wilbur and Tommy soon went underwater and talked about how they should frame sapnap so they get fundy to join the call and told fundy a lie about sapnap that said he was into drugs he was an addict of it
Fundy asked who knew about sapnap being like this and only Wilbur and Tommy did ofc and Wilbur said tubbo is a nice guy and that once tubbo tried to give it to Wilbur and Tommy to dispose it and they said sapnap comes in and grabs the blaze rods and powder. Wilbur then asks fundy to help them get the blaze powder and rods off of sapnap
They tell fundy of a plan to take the blaze from sapnap they then go to sapnap and say he has an intervention.
Sapnap tells fundy the truth but Tommy and wilbur try to deny it but sapnap says he has proof and fundy says he is neutral and he needs to see the proof.
But then Wilbur is able to bring out that they are trying to bring fundy out to his hot dog van aka the camarvan and Wilbur just wanted to sell hot dogs Wilbur then says that they are trying to fund wilburs hot dog van and calling it the drug van
Wilbur,Tommy, And sapnap then do bring fundy to the van and at first fundy does believe Wilbur that it is a hot dog van. Tubbo then tells fundy that from a certain angle you can see the brewing stands
Wilbur then let's them in but he blocked it off with wood and they try to get in and sapnap does. Wilbur kept on going on about how it's just his bedroom and stuff. They soon leave and Wilbur kicks them out of the van.
Sapnap then says that Wilbur and Tommy are under arrest. And Wilbur tells sapnap to leave because he has work to do. Wilbur then goes onto fundy on saying how this is bullshit and rude. Fundy agrees with Wilbur and states all the reasons on how it is
Wilbur then leaves them and goes to fundy and talks about the same thing he did with Tommy and fundy agrees with Wilbur and joins them with the drugs.
Soon Tommy gets into a bit of trouble with ponk and purpled and Wilbur tries to offer hotdogs and then kicks Tommy out of the business
Wilbur then talks to sapnap and purpled then he asks if they want hotdogs and then they make the hotdogs and hand it to them.
The next day Wilbur comes on and finds a note saying stuff about blaze rods and a project and it was alot of blaze rods from tubbo
Tommy then brings Wilbur outside to a burning hotdog statue on the van. Then sapnap passes by again with blaze rods and sapnap says they changed. And he tries to deal with them and they kinda agree with them
Wilbur then sets Tommy off to get some materials to make a wall around the van. Wilbur soon says this is a nation opened to anyone. Dream joins the game. Then Tommy tries to get tubbo to give him sand and tubbo checks if he has some as well as other materials Tommy and wilbur thinks of a new nation name and Tommy comes up with manberg or mantopia but then Wilbur says it's not really good so he adds a L to the beginning of Manberg which makes it L'Manberg
Wilbur then comes up for the ideal wall color to be black and yellow, and Wilbur has a rule of no armor. Because they don't win wars of fighting they win it by words (fucking hell I need to start taking c!wilburs advice smh) Wilbur says they are the good guys? (Is this random to mention. Yes) Wilbur makes a soiled grass Block and Tommy starts to sing hallelujah with tubbo joining at some point.
Wilbur still works on the wal taking breaks in between but still works on it. As I mentioned dream joined the game and soon now he joined the vc and found his way to L'Manberg, Wilbur introduces him to the new nation and they said that L'Manberg is the only part that Wilbur owns
Dream asks for the laws and Tommy tells them to Dream soon making Dream call them "Pussies" and he kept on just insulting them. Wilbur soon kicks Dream away by Dream doesn't leave. Wilbur says that he won't contribute to the other half of the server that isn't L'Manberg telling Dream that this is a place that isn't the dreamsmp and that Tommy and Tubbo will move their stuff into L'Manberg
Wilbur takes Tubbo and Tommy into the back of the van and makes them work on invisibility potions and soon etet joins saying they need to make a declaration of independence, Wilbur quickly agrees and says he will work on that soon but must make his wall that shows where L'Manberg is. Wilbur almost finishes the border and gets close to stage 2.
Wilbur takes Tommy outside and walks around it and talked about how they made fun of them, killed them, imprisoned them, ect.
Wilbur tells Tommy that he's done barely anything and Tommy takes him into his embassy which is his home. And Wilbur talks about how Tommy isn't helping and Wilbur is starting up a revolution.
Tommy takes Wilbur to the power tower and Wilbur asks Tommy if he is going to be apart of the revolution, but no answer. Wilbur leaves him but comes back and goes back on it. Wilbur soon finds revolutionary outfits and Tommy, Tubbo, Wilbur, and Eret puts it on. Once Tommy put it on he notices a forest fire and he thinks it was aslyssa But it wasn't her.
Wilbur tells Tommy to follow him and get a feather and ink sac. Wilbur brings The three together into the back of the drug van and Wilbur pulls out a book which would be the declaration of independence.
Which says:
Forever the nation of the DreamSMP have cast great sins upon our great land of the hto dog van

This book declares that the nation which shall be henceforth known as L'Manberg is separate, emancipated, and independent from the nation of DreamSMP.

Wilbur then gets a book from someone and it's called the declaration of war. Wilbur says they are getting attacked because they want power. They are greedy. Wilbur tells them that we need potions, and many supplies.
