[William's POV]

Many would call this the best day of your life. I certainly would call it mine. It was bright, the sun was shining. And I was waiting for my bride to walk down the aisle.  It was a formal marriage. After all, this was 1968. This wedding had been a long time coming.

Henry and I had been doing our best with the money we had to create both the restaurant and also to help create this wedding. We were only halfway through making the animatronics, and they were monumental for this day and age.

Freddy and Bonnie had been made, and Foxy and Chica weren't quite finished just yet, but we were waiting for our first location to make enough money to finish the animatronics. Spring Bonnie and Fredbear were on the stage as I was here, either with staff in the suits or standing up on a stage.

But, the music started to play. I looked down to the other side of the church we had rented out for the morning to see my to-be wife, walking down. I hadn't seen her since midday yesterday. She had been with her parents all night, preparing and being excited.

I had spent the night with Henry, my best friend, where we had gotten drunk.

We had different ideas for preparation.

She walked down the aisle... She looked so beautiful. I gave her a small smile, whilst she walked down in the prettiest dress I had ever seen her in. I'm so glad you could publicly snog in weddings...

She came up to me. We patiently waited, for the vows to be said, for everything to commence. Inside I was so excited... It was something I had dreamed of, to be with her. Now it was finally going to happen, I was going to be with her.

I wished for forever.. but we were young, with lots of life ahead of us. Forever doesn't matter now, we have our entire lives ahead of us..!

The priest looked over at me, it was time for me to say my vows. I cleared my throat and said what I had been practicing merely hours ago on the way here. "I, William Afton take you, _____, to be my wife, to have and to hold from this day forward, for better for worse, for richer for poorer, in sickness and in health, till death do us part, according to God's holy law. In the presence of God, I make this vow,"

I couldn't help but wink at her, as I spoke of "till death do us part" as I had joked around with that saying before to her. She gave a small smile and repeated what I had said, back to me, but with a slight variation.

I didn't personally believe in God, I believed there was an afterlife, an afterlife I was simply not going to, but I didn't believe God created this world, or however, it was. But if God did somehow exist, he had a poor taste for not creating more interesting things. Like the superficial stories some people make and sell books out of. Like Dracula.

Then all of a sudden I was sucked back into the real world, where my now wife and I, were pronounced husband and wife. I brought her close to me and kissed her. I heard the room around me clap and cheer with happiness. Oh yes, and now there was a ring on my finger... How hadn't I noticed that go on my finger?

As I pulled back, my ginger wife gave me the brightest smile I had ever seen from her. She looked so happy, so young... Oh, how I wanted to keep that forever... I wasn't sure what to do next, this part is where no one sees what happens.

She brought me down, and we all spoke with her family, my family... This was a respectable marriage, one everyone could agree and hope the best for. I just felt lucky I was somewhat attracted to women, or otherwise, this would've been tricky to pull off.

That doesn't matter now, everyone's happy. I should focus on the positive side of things.

That, however, was one of the hardest things for me to personally do. You see I focused on the negatives, which is what brought me to do my hard work because I was trying to fix those negatives... I'm not sure if that's how it worked for all, but I changed the negatives.

I shook my head slightly, getting myself out of my head. My mother looked at me with a frown and sighed. "Stuck in that head of yours, William?" She asked, looking very unimpressed.

I looked at my wife, to avoid my mother's gaze and nodded slightly, as much as she was my mother, I would rather never be associated with the crazy b*tch. After all she had done, I was partially angry for _____ for inviting her to our wedding, but I can't stay angry at her for long, it was only traditional to have both families present at the wedding.

Traditional was boring though...

I know everyone will be expecting something special tonight... Just as I think that though, my two good friends, Vincent and Henry appear. I move toward them and Henry smiles at me. "Congrats pal, I'm happy for you!" Henry said. Vincent gave a small smile, he looked uncomfortable.

"Thank you, Henry.." I replied, smiling at him and hugging him. As we were hugging, Henry whispered to me "Let me know when you pronounce me a Godfather," He said, obviously being cheeky.

I blushed slightly and separated the two of us. "Wow Henry!" I replied, shaking my head. He chuckled slightly. "I'm just saying! It is that time for that special little thing wher-"

I cut Henry off before he could say anything else. "Shush Henry! I know exactly what tonight entails, and if I don't do it tonight then so many people will be extremely disappointed in me. You know my parents, and a little of _____ as well..." I half-whispered to Henry and Vincent.

Vincent shrugged. "We will all have that pressured onto us as soon as we are married, just feel sorry you are having your wedding when your not ready for such a step..." He explained briefly, adding to the conversation.

I sighed and looked away. "Your not wrong about that..." I said, looking very hesitant.

Henry pat me on the back and gave me a happy grin. "Hey, let's talk about this angst later, we have a wedding to enjoy, and more importantly, cake!" He said.

I rolled my eyes but gave a brave smile, this was the happiest day, after all.

However, it didn't feel right anymore. The happiest day? It was yet to come...

I shivered slightly, something about that made the hairs on my arms stand up. I shook my head and moved on, I've got a wife to indulge.
