[William's POV]

I woke up with an instant headache. I groaned and moved slightly to feel my wife next to me. She chuckled lightly. I opened my eyes and looked over at her. "Good morning," She said and smiled. I put my arms around her and sighed deeply. "Mornin', time?" I asked.

"7:18," She replied and sat up, causing my arms to leave her. I sat up and sighed. I held my head and then got up. I got up and dressed as did she. However, I left the room first in search of my little one. I walked into Michael's room to see him playing with some toy figures I had gotten him. The moment the door opened he saw me and gasped.

"Dad!" He shrieked and ran into my arms. I smiled and picked him up.

"How's my little champ this morning?" I asked, giving him a little bump of the head to one. He clung to me and gave me the brightest smile. "I'm okay! How about you dad?" He asked me, being kind as usual.

I smiled. "Headache is all, nothing that can't be conquered," I replied, bringing him to the kitchen, he needed food. "You need water!" He exclaimed. I chuckled.

"Don't worry Michael, dad knows how to take care of himself," I replied, putting him down. He nodded and followed me as I got to the counter and started to get some cereal ready for the little man.

After quickly making cereal and making sure he was all eating, I made myself some food. I looked over to the hall, why hadn't she left the bedroom yet? I bit my lip a little and walked over to the bedroom. I opened the door to see her doing her makeup. I relaxed slightly. "You alright?" I asked her with a tone of worry in my voice.

She looked over at me and blinked a few times. "O-oh! I'm fine, don't worry love," she replied and smiled. Something didn't feel right, but I let it slip... I nodded and left the room. I wanted to spend a bit of time with Michael before I left for work.

I walked back over to the little child who had almost finished his cereal. I bit into my toast and relaxed, thinking deeply about work today. Henry and I were the closest co-workers by now, and we had gotten a pizzeria of our own up.

We were thinking of making merchandise due to the young children, Michael had expressed interest in wanting plushies, and both Henry and I had been putting the work in to improve our animatronics. It felt... Important to me.

I looked back to Michael, who had now finished. I smiled at him. "Why don't you get ready for school now?" I asked him kindly. He nodded a little and ran off to his bedroom to get dressed. I brought the dishes over to the sink for Mrs. to do later. I left the kitchen shortly after that and sorted out my belongings for work.

I saw my love in the living room at that. She was just cleaning and tidying up last night's mess, as we both had a fun time, a relaxing time, and hadn't bothered to clean.

Once I was done I checked on Michael, who was already brushing his teeth, with his mother there to make sure they were spick and span! I chuckled and gave them both a hug. This family.. felt right, something extraordinary.

"It's time for you boys to get going now!" My love said and smiled at us both. I nodded and cupped her cheek. "You better take care of yourself!" I told her and gave her a kiss on the cheek. She smiled and nodded. "Don't worry Wil," She replied.

Michael looked at us for a moment then proceeded to talk. "Ewwww, mum, dad, ewwwww," He said, looking quite unhappy. I chuckled and brought my hand away from my wife, and brought it to Michael's small hand.

"Let's get you to school buddy, you can't miss today!" I told him, encouraging him. He groaned. "But today's like all the other days!" He replied, looking even more upset. I shook my head. "Well if you get through today I'm sure we can have some proper family time afterwards!" I told him, scruffling his hair.
