Chapter 3

Feeling the pressure of the power Jiwoo just gasped in amazement. The power is overwhelming. "Damn." Byeol whistled making Kayden yelped along side with Jiwoo they totally forget her. Not their fault since the girl presence keep disappearing.

"Oh don't worry I won't tell anyone." She said showing a peace sign making Jiwoo smile while Kayden was still wary of her. He may looked weak in his form but he wasn't stupid. He can still identify which is weak and strong. And the girl who keep praising Jiwoo is strong.

The girl presence scream power and authority but because of her playful and childlike personality she conceal those presence of her.

"I'm gonna go look for the cat." Jiwoo said while facing Kayden who look's so done at him. Meanwhile Byeol who already saw the monster cat on top of the stairs, smirk.

'So that's the cat'

It's really a monster cat. Jiwoo wasn't joking. "No need. It's already here." Kayden said making Jiwoo quickly turn his head at the said monster cat.

The cat was growling at them. Asking Kayden and Byeol to step back, Byeol quickly did what he want without having a second thought while holding Kayden who keep resisting.

"He look's confident for cinnamon like him right?" Byeol asked making Kayden shoot her a glance. And it was true for a boy like him he looked confident.

"Just trust him." She said. Before hiding at the corner concealing their presence.

They watched as the monster cat jumped on Jiwoo, but because of Jiwoo's ability and Kayden power Jiwoo just easily dodge the attack. Amazement that is written by Byeol and Kayden face, he is fast.

But Jiwoo was only using his ability to dodge the cat by just moving according to his guts. Waiting for the right moment to use Kayden power to knock the cat.

"See." Byeol said as she happily make her way to Jiwoo. "You good, love?" She asked cupping his face. Jiwoo who saw his noona just happily nod, he was tired but somehow he felt accomplished.

"Good job!" Byeol said while trying to fix his messy hair.

"You're confident because of your power aren't you?" Kayden asked but Jiwoo ignored his question. "And you? You know this aren't you?" He asked making the girl nod.

"Yup. Cool right?" She asked but Kayden just tsk and look away.

Meanwhile a unknown man frustratingly look at his device. Trying to looked for something more on someone. Crushing his phone he then tried to contact it but it was useless.

Patching the cat wound Byeol then tiredly sat beside Kayden while Jiwoo sighed in relief seeing that the cat was no longer in danger. Worried about the cat.

"I'm tired." Byeol mumbled before dropping her body to rest. She even close her eyes to block the annoying lights.

Nervously looking away Jiwoo quietly called Kayden to asked about his power that Kayden simply fill his curiosity seeing how lost he is.

"Because I'm awakened." Kayden said making the boy look at him. "Then what am I?" Jiwoo asked. Right he forget something unlike the female pretending to sleep beside him, she looks like she already knew something unlike Jiwoo.

"That right. You didn't know you're awakened." Kayden sighed. He been sighing all day because of this boy.

"Mr. Kayden i have a question." Jiwoo gleefully said raising his arm. "Does that mean I'm awakened and someone just like me have an power like mine?" He asked unlike his cheerful awra the boy look's so lost right now.
