                         "i hope you realize we totally broke the  internet and i didn't even show your face..." a smile appeared on her face before she started laughing.

"really?!" he laughed with her in disbelief.

"oh yes! you're really helping with the song promo" she joked.

"that was my plan all along" he winked jokingly , making her laugh even harder.

"um so i was thinking.. wanna go out again...? like you totally don't have to say yes  but like i had a good time and i think you did too-"

"nini.."

"yeah?" she asked sheepishly.

"i'd love too" he took her hand  in his.

she smiled softly. "good"

⤷ NINA was absolutely elated  to see ricky again. the only problem was that after they said they'd go out again they didn't bring it up again. seeing as nina was a very impatient and perfectionist person she had to know as soon as she could.

it's 2 -3 hours away so if we want to get their early we have to leave at a reasonably early time

⤷ NINA set her phone down with a wide smile on her face. she hasn't felt this giddy in a while. it was a nicer feeling than she'd remembered. though she was also starting to get in her own head. last time she felt like this it didn't go so well. but ricky felt different than jason. ricky felt safe already and it was terrifying her.

"i can tell your thinking too much"
big red said entering the hotel room.

"psh i am not..." she laughed nervously and looked down.

"nini .. come on" he didn't often use her old nickname so she looked back up almost immediately.

"i'm just worried you know?? like i know i just met him but he seems so great? and i don't want to fall in love again if it's going to end up like last time" she sighed and laid back on the bed.

red laid back beside her , they were both facing the ceiling. "i know it's scary... trust me. and even if this does end up in a wreck just promise me you won't stay again solely because you feel obligated to. worry about your own health and mental state alright? pinky promise me" he brought up his pinky.

"i pinky promise" she laughed a bit through her few fallen tears.

"now, let's go down to the pool with everyone else yeah?" he said sitting up and holding out a hand for her. she sat up as well and wiped the tears away. they went downstairs to join the others. that afternoon was definitely one of their best memories in salt lake.
