As everyone was being selected for their squads, one girl in the back just sat there the whole time. Her skin was white with a greyish tint to it and purple under her eyes. Her black hair had carefully hidden her golden, snake-like eyes. As the last squad had been called, everyone left the room.

"Yuriko." The girl turned to see who had called her name. She saw one hit the sensei looking at her, he had brown hair, brown eyes, and a scar across his nose. "Come here."

She walked over to him. "Is something wrong?" She asked.

"Every sensei in this school wants you out of the village." His tone had become harsher then it was a few minutes ago.

"What? Why?"

"You know why. Now get lost."

"Give her a break Iruka." Someone said. Yuriko turned to see who it was and saw another sensei. He had grey hair, black eyes, and he was wearing a mask and his headband over his left eye.

"Kakashi, why are you standing up for her?" Iruka muttered. "She's a demon."

"Don't be so mean to her, she didn't do anything." Kakashi walked over to the other ninja. "Besides, I don't think she should leave the village. I think she should stay here."

Iruka crossed his arms. "Why?"

"Well," Kakashi looked at Yuriko. "It's better then her going back to Orochimaru."

"She's his granddaughter."

Kakashi looked back at Iruka as he heard him talking. "That doesn't mean she likes him. Or that she's like him."

"She's no different then him. Look at her face."

"I already did and you can't judge someone because of their family or how they look. She has no control over who her family is, what they've done, or if she looks like them."

"Kakashi, you're the only one who doesn't understand that she's dangerous. She shouldn't even be here."

"I understand. She never said that she had any intentions of hurting anyone here."

"She doesn't have to say it." Iruka glanced at Yuriko, an angry look in his eyes. "You can see it in her eyes."

"Well, lots of people say simalar things about Naruto." Kakashi pointed out. "You don't act like he's a threat."

Irukas expression change from anger and hate to sympathy. "That's different. Naruto has the nine tailed fox sealed inside of him, he can't control that."

"And Yuriko can't control who her grandfather is or what he's done any more then Naruto can control that." Kakashi looked at the girl who had wandered to the other side of the room as she fiddled with a chain she had taken out of her pocket in her hands. "Maybe you can try being nicer to her."

Iruka looked at the ground. 'Did I really judge her without knowing anything about her?' He thought, realizing that he might've been harsh to her.

"Even if you're not going to," Kakashi continued, Iruka looked up when he heard his voice. "You've been pretty hard on her. She probably have the ability of a chunin because of how much she's been pushed so she could pass the exams."

"I guess you're right Kakashi." Iruka walked over to Yuriko who started to swing the chain she had around since she had been caught off guard. "I'm not goanna hurt you. I just wanna appologize for being harsh towards you."

Yuriko stopped swinging her chain and looked up at the sensei as if she thought it was her imagination. It didn't seem like she believed him. "Maybe you should let her whack you in the face with that chain she has." Kakashi suggested.

Iruka looked at Kakashi. "Why would I let her do that?"

"I don't know." Kakashi smiled a little under his mask. "Maybe she wants revenge for you judging her."

"It's fine." Yuriko finally said, her voice was soft and quiet. "I don't like to hold grudges anyways."

"Hey! What're you doing here?!" Yuriko heard someone yell as a blonde boy came over to he with one that had black hair.

'Great, someone else who's just goanna tell me that they want me dead.' She thought.

"Why are you still alive?" The boy with black hair asked her.

"Because I never died." She answered.

"At least tell us why you're in the hidden leaf village." The blonde boy snapped.

"Because I'm a ninja here." Yuriko looked at the boys with a confused look. "I feel like that's obvious."

"You're not a ninja here."

"Who do you think I am?"

"Wha- you're not Orochimaru?"

"Oh, I see why you'd think that. I know that I look a lot like him but I'm a girl and he's my grandfather." Yuriko explained as she walked over to the boys. "I'm Yuriko. And if I remember correctly, you're Naruto and you're Sasuke."

Naruto and Sasuke looked at the greyish skinned girl, both of them were dumbfounded. "How do you know that?" Naruto finally spit out.

"I already told you. I'm Orochimarus granddaughter." Yuriko told him. "Also, I've meet you guys before."

"I don't think Orochimaru even had a daughter or that you know us." Sasuke said.

Yuriko looked at the chain she was wearing around her neck. "He didn't. My parents are dead."

"Did you even know them?" Naruto asked.

Yuriko shook her head. "They died when I was born."

Sasukae rolled his eyes at Yuriko before grabbing Narutos arm. "Come on Ramen Boy." He said before pulling him away.

Yuriko took her headband out of her pocket after the two boys walked away. She looked at the leaf village symbol on the metal as she noticed a second pice of metal under her headband. She pulled the pice of metal out from under her headband and noticed that it was a headband for the sound village. She placed the second headband on top of her first one and sighed before putting the two headbands back in her pocket and walking away.
