Quirk: blood creation.
The user can create anything he can imagine as long as he can see it clearly, so he sometimes ends up copying the ability of the quirks around him only they're red. The Bigger the ability/ item he wants to create, the longer it takes to create.
Weakness: The blood used to create what he imagines comes from glucose, making the Hero like a person with diabetes, so he has eye visor that he mostly wears over his left eye that only tell him his sugar levels(blood suger level) and was a gift from his grandad.
