At the age of five Jason was sold to Hydra by his drug addicted parents. While in Hydra Jason was brutally trained to be the best weapon Hydra ever created since the Winter Soldier and the Black Widow.
After achieving their goal Hydra began to experiment on Jason which resulted in him gaining the ability to fly along with his superhuman abilities.
When Jason finally gained control of his new abilities he escaped Hydra and decided to go to America where different government agencies pay him to take missions none of their usual agents would dare try and as time went on he came to be known as Ark Angel due to his selfless heroic nature and his ability to charm anyone into giving him whatever he wanted.
