Heartless Man

chapter one

"Hyung ahhh" jisung moaned.
"Please sto.....- stop" jisung is begging for his life. But jaemin only look at him with no emotion written on his face.

"If u do that again, I'm going to put you in the basement for a week with no food nor water." Jaemin said sternly. He gave jisung one last look before leaving the poor boy that is kneeling to the floor.

The old maid ran towards jisung when jaemin shut the door.

She help the helpless young boy stand up.

"It's fine auntie", jisung flashes a smile to the old woman. "No, sungie. I know you need a help." And before jisung could say something she accompany the boy to it's room.

"Sit here, jisung", she patted a side of the bed.

"You know auntie, you don't need to. I can handle myself, just give me the medicine kit."

"Just tell me, what did you do this time, jisung? Why is he so mad at you?" the old woman ask while taking it's way to the bathroom where the medicine kit is located.

Jisung waited for her to return before answering and telling her everything.

Auntie lor is the Park's maid since he was not even born. The old woman witnessed everything. From how jisung was born, and she was the one who raised jisung. Until now that jisung is already married to a heartless man.

That's why jisung is very comfortable to auntie lor. He tells everything to the old woman, no secrets.

"What? Only because of that?!!?" The old woman yells that echoed through the room after hearing everything.

"Ouch!" Jisung half yell.

"Sorry, hihi" the old woman just laugh.

Jisung looks at her with a scrunched nose.

Jaemin got mad at jisung for talking back to his secretary. But jisung has valid reason tho. Jaemin's secretary disrespect him, so he just give her what she deserves. A words that can ruin her dignity.

The old woman snapped her finger in front of jisung's face.

"It's done" said the old woman.

"Thank you, auntie" he thanked the old woman and snuggle for a hug.

The old woman is shocked but still manage to hug him back.

"You're such a baby jisungie haha" the old woman is combing jisung's hair using her finger.

"Hmmm" jisung hum in response.

"I miss grandma, auntie" he closes his eyes as he feel comfy in the old woman's arm.

"How about I'll tell you a story" the old woman looks down on jisung as jisung's break away from the hug.

Jisung climb to the bed and lay down to a comfortable spot and hug a pillow. Auntie lor sat down beside jisung and comb his hair using her finger.

As the woman begun the story, jisung is wondering when was the last time auntie lor did this to him, tell him a story while combing his hair until he fall asleep. 'It feels nice' jisung thought.

Yes, you are right, jisung is a baby. He can't sleep without hugging a pillow or a person. You have to tell him a story until he falls asleep, and the last thing is he's so vulnerable that even if you call him stupid he'd cry.

The old woman is not even in the climax of the story when she heard a soft snore. It was from jisung. She giggles and look at jisung with a pity. "If only your grandma knew what your parents did to you, she'll be mad" the old woman spoke in a tiny voice.

She's been witnessing how jisung's husband always come home and get mad at jisung for not even a reasonable reason, or sometimes for no reason, like earlier, because jisung talk back to his secretary who's also his mistress.

Jisung got married to the Na's son named Na Jaemin. The Heir of Na Airport and Na Company. They're rich, yes, but Na Jaemin's isn't that kind that you thought, he maybe look like an angel and calm, but he isn't what he seems.

He treats jisung like a nobody, like a trash.

Well, jisung got married to him in the first place because his father sold him to save their almost bankrupt company.

They went bankrupt for a reason that his father got addicted to gambling after jisung's mother left them for her affair. After jisung's mother left, his father beat him and tell him that he's the reason why his mother left them.

And the old woman was about to leave their family because jisung's father doesn't pay their salary anymore. But she saw jisung standing on the stair looking at him with pleading eyes, and she thought what if she'll leave, who's gonna feed jisung? who's gonna treat jisung's wound? who's gonna tell him a story so that he can sleep? this thoughts bother the old woman, and so she decided to stay with no salary at all just to be with jisung.

But when jisung got married to Na Jaemin, Jaemin offer her to be their helper, and she said yes because of the high salary and also because of jisung.

She treats jisung as her own son because she never had a family nor husband. She's a single old woman who spent her life working.

The old woman was interrupted by the opening door. It was Na Jaemin, jisung's husband.

The old woman stood up from the bed and greeted Jaemin a 'good evening.'

"Have you had your dinner, sir?" Lor asked.

"I can mak-" she was cut off by Jaemin.

"I already ate." He said coldly.
"Leave." He added.

The old woman look back at jisung who's sleeping peacefully before looking at jaemin and bidding a goodbye.

"Have a goodnight then sir" and the old woman left the room not hearing any response from Jaemin.

Jaemin lock the door and take off his suit.

He climb on the bed and lay down.

He was about to close his eyes when he hears a soft sob coming from the person beside him.

He sits down and leaned to jisung's face that is covered by a pillow. He slowly takes the pillow away only to see jisung's crying face, but he's asleep.

He was mumbling something but jaemin can't hear it clearly so he gets closer to jisung's mouth, but he can't seem to hear it.

Jaemin got startled by jisung's next action.

Jisung just hug him.

But he's still asleep. And his eyes are so puffy from crying in his sleep.

Jaemin stares at jisung's face.

And jaemin was star struck.

He never knew the boy is this gorgeous.

He has cute small eyes.
Button nose that suits him perfectly.
And his lips........
It's so...... pretty, soft, and kissable.
But it has a wound, maybe from the slap earlier.
He never knew jisung is this beautiful.

Because he's never been this close to jisung, even tho they're married. He hated the boy. He hated the boy because he's the reason why he lost his girlfriend. If it weren't for jisung, maybe, just maybe yujin is the one beside him now, not Jisung.

What if Jisung didn't came into the picture and ruin everything?

'What a beautiful What if', Jaemin thought.

They were happy not when his father announced that he's getting married to a person he doesn't know.

It turned out to be this man beside him named Park Jisung who's sniffing while hugging him.
