Shit..

I enjoyed that too much didn't I?

Well anyways...

I was running late for our basketball team, coach gave us another chance to be in the basketball team since our team lost a while ago.

I sprinted my way to the school's gym court and saw our coach talking to the members of my team.

"I'm going to give you all another chance to be part in the basketball team," coach said and we all nodded.

"Choi Soobin, why are you late?" Our coach asked and my face started turning red, then I saw Huening kai from the corner of my eyes trying not to burst out of laughter.

"I was busy doing......"

*In mind* "I was busy doing Yeonjun,"

"Busy doing what?" "Uhh.... Homework," I smiled and left coach and started to practice basketball.

*After practice*

"Homework? Pfft," I heard a familiar voice "shut up Kai," I said and rolled my eyes, "I heard Yeonjun a while ago when I called you,"

"And?" "I heard him breathing heavily which only means-," "which only means for you to shut up and mind your own business," I said and left school.

While I was walking back to me and Yeonjun's dorm I saw a familiar person in a cafe near our school.

It was......

TAEHYUN?

He also looks like he was crying, I entered the cafe and sat infront of him.

"Oh, Soobin," he said and wiped his tears off "What are you doing here? Aren't you and Yeonjun having se-," "cut it," I said so he didn't have to continue what he was gonna say.

"Tell me what happened," I said and he looked down "Well..... my crush rejected me," "who's your crush?" I asked "I mean if you don't want to say it, it's fine-," "my crush is Beomgyu," he interrupted me.

"Oh my gosh Taehyun what happened-," Yeonjun said but got cut off when he saw me "he rejected me," Taehyun said "your crush is Beomgyu right?" I said and took out my phone.

"Wait how did you know that?" Yeonjun questioned me, I look at him and saw the marks I made, I chuckled and left the cafe.

I opened the contacts on my phone and called Beomgyu, "Beomgyu, we need to talk, at the park, now," Before he could even said anything I hung up.

While I was walking inside the park I saw Beomgyu sitting down on a bench.

I approached him and sat beside him.

"What did you want to talk about?" "Why did you do it?" "Did what?" "Stop playing dumb," he still looked at me confused.

"Why did you reject Taehyun?" His eyes widened and he looked down, "uhm.... I rejected him because...." "He's your crush right? Why would you reject him?"

"I rejected him because I'm still not ready," he said, I sighed "still not ready, yet you complain why you're always single?"

"Obviously I'm ready but..." "but?" "I don't think my parents will be,"

"what will your parents do if they find out? Disown you? Hit you? Be disappointed at you?"

"You know Beomgyu, you should focus on yourself and don't think about what others think about you."

"Soobin... I just want to be successful in the future so my parents will accept me that I'm gay,"

"Stop," I said and he looked at me, I hold him on the shoulder and said.

"Stop that mindset, it's awful,"

"Don't think that if you're going to be successful in the future it means your parents will accept you because you can please them since you have money,"

"Don't please someone for them to accept you,"

"Plus why? Why would you need to struggle just for them to accept you?"

"If telling them will make you uncomfortable and will make you upset, then don't tell them,"

"But if you think that telling them will make you happy and will give you freedom, then tell them when you're ready,"

"They only need time Beomgyu,"

I patted his shoulder and gave him a reassuring smile and left.

Hi guysss,

So uhm I'm just wondering if you guys are ok with the bold font when the characters are speaking because if not I can just turn off the bold font because while I was checking if there's any error my eyes were getting hurt while reading the "" in a dark room so let me know what you think if I should keep the bold font on or off.

Also when Soobin and Beomgyu were talking I got some of the dialogue from a series I watched. (You can ask me what series it is when you're curious 🤭)
