"As a mayor of Zootopia, I am proud to announce that my Mammal Inclusion Initiative has produced its first police academy graduate. Valedictorian of their class ZPD's very first rabbit and human officers, Judy Hopps and Y/N L/N!" The mayor Lionheart announced with a proud smile.

This caused you to hear cheers from the folks, including Judy's parents but sadly, none of Y/N's. Her family was ignoring her as if she didn't exist. I wonder how they're now, Y/N thought as she walked with Judy on stage.

While Y/N and Judy were on stage, standing still and waiting for their badges, the mayor cleared his throat towards the sheep lady, who was clapping still. "Assistant Mayor Bellwether, their badges."

Bellwether jumped in shock and quickly puts the badges against them with a nervous smile. The mayor continued to smile as he spoke to them. "Judy, Y/N," he began as the girls looked at him, "it is my great privilege to officially assign you both to the hearts of Zootopia." He pointed out to them with a proud smile.

Judy and Y/N both gasped with excitement as Bellwether congratulated them with a smile. While Judy thanked her, Y/N got a weird, strange, and bad feeling inside her gut that something was not right with Bellwether as if... she's dangerous. But to what?

Later~

"Hey, Judy! Ready for our big day?" Y/N asked with a smile.

Judy jumped in excitement with the big smile Y/N had ever seen. "You bet! Come take a look with me at the view!" She then went upstairs while Y/N chuckled and went after her. Both girls were in awe by the view of it. Once arriving in Zootopia, the girls went to their private apartments and they happened to be neighbors, which was really fun! The girls helped each other while both of them couldn't wait to work for the police department in Zootopia. The apartments don't look nice, however. Everything was just... sad. Now, the girls didn't need expensive stuff but seriously? This kind of apartment? Ok, let's move on.

The clock began to beep at 5:30 am, which made Y/N wake up and groan while slamming the clock to shut up. Y/N yawned as she sat up. She got out of bed and went to her calendar. She then saw what made her fully wake up. It was her first day on the police department job! She quickly got herself ready. She began to brush her hair, brush her teeth, eat breakfast, and got herself the uniform on. It was the same as Judy's, which Y/N didn't mind. Once she saw herself ready for the day, she got herself out and just in time saw Judy coming out as well.

Judy locked her door shut and looked at Y/N with a smile. "Oh, hey, Y/N! Ready to hit the day?"

Y/N nodded, feeling determined. "Let's do this!

At the police department~

"Excuse me?" Judy began. She watched how the leopard (or a cheetah?) gasped while stopping to eat and looked around since he didn't see anybody.

"Down here," Y/N pointed at Judy

The leopard finally looked down and saw that there's Judy, causing him to look shocked. He couldn't believe that what others said was true. There was a human and a bunny!

"Hi," both Judy and Y/N said with a smile.

"O. M. Goodness," the leopard began to say and set his food aside. They really did hire a bunny and a human!" He laughed excidetly and looked at Judy. "I gotta tell you, you are even cuter than I thought you'd be!"

Y/N snorted a laugh when she saw Judy embarrassed but she ignored her human friend and focused on being polite about being cute. "Oh, ah. You probably didn't know but a bunny can call another bunny 'cute' when but when other animals do it, it's a little..."

The leopard seem to guess and immediately apologized and pointed at himself. "Me, Benjamin Clawhauser... the guy everyone thinks is just flabby donut-loving cop, stereotyping you. Oh..."

Judy smiled warmly. "No, it's okay." That's when she noticed something and looked at Y/N, who pointed at the fold neck-area. Clawhauser seemed to follow the suit and found a donut, who ate it. This got the girls akwared that they left the leopard alone and went to look for roll call.

Once the girls arrived, they were meet with full of big animal redators, such as tigers, lions, polar bears and so on. The girls sat on their places and the waited for the big chief to arrive. Judy sighed with content as she's very excited to start her day while Y/N began to wonder what part she'll get since cops do work in different parts.

"Atten-hut!"

That's when the chief entered, a big meaty bufallo. Others began to chant "hut, hut, hut" all over until the chief told everyone to sit. "I've got three items on the docket. First... we need to acknowledge the elephant in the room." He looked at the elephant named Frnacine. "Happy birthday. Number two. There are some new recruits with us I should introduce, but I'm not going to because I don't care."

This caused others to laugh. Y/N growled in anger but once she looked over to Judy's, she saw how upset the rabbit looked, which caused Y/N to have a look of soften. Rude much, chief?

"Finally, we have 14 missing mammal cases." The chief pointed towards the map. " All predators, from a giant polar bear to teensy little otter. And City Hall is right up my tail to find them." He got then books. "This is priority number one. Assigments." He got his glasses on. "Officers Grizzoli, Fangmeyer, Delgato... Your teams take missing mammals from Rainforest District." The bufallo continued. "Officers McHorn, Rhinowitz, Wolfard. "Your teams take Sahara Square. Officers Higgins, Snarlov, Trunkaby. Tundratown." Now, it finally came to Judy and Y/N. "And finally, our first bunny and human... Officers Hopps and L/N. Parking Duty."

Excuse me? Y/N thought unamused.
