Mark is still cold towards Y/n.and Y/n is having such a hard time getting together with Mark. At least Jaehyun was still there, taking good care of her.

Her condition, for now, is getting worse every day. Sudden pain in her chest might happen every time, her medications/pills can calm her heart but needs to rest and keeps calm in herself.

She tries to contact Mark every day as she can't walk and is bedridden in the hospital. And gladly, Jaehyun is there for her.

Mark's side is a little bit more with pleasure and to him, no regrets but one day, he will.

He blocks Y/n's number and never cares for her if she goes home or not.

...2 DAYS LEFT...

Y/n is really pale and Jaehyun is a crying mess..

"J-jae-hyun,T-Thank y-you f-for being-here with me,and,kindly please tell Mark personally that I-Im waiting for him in the hospital..I knew obviously that you love me from the start but,Im sorry that I only see you as a friend..And,Tell Mark that I wrote a letter for him..Its inside in his vault in our home with his favorite perfume..okay?" Y/n stuttered some few words and Jaehyun held her hand tightly..

"Y/n,Always remember that I'm here to be your friend that you can lean on too..And I will grant your wish later,okay?" Jaehyun said while crying and wanted to badly tell her husband how critical her condition is but with perfect timing..

10:00 a.m

Jaehyun decided to grant her wish before it's too late..He did it for Y/n,not for Mark..

Jaehyun entered his office and found him busy with paperworks with his secretary..

"Mark,we need to talk.."

"About what?"

"About Y/n..She i-" Jaehyun is cutted off by Mark who is not caring about his wife's existence..

"I don't care,okay?"

"Mark,She is in the hospital right now and dying!!!!...She needs you before she dies..She has a Heart Congestion..She needs you before she leaves this world.."

As Jaehyun said that,Mark immediately stands up and is shock about what he had heard..

"You,liar..Are you playing with me?"

"I'm really serious Mark!!! If you want to see her and apologize to her,then go to her Ward at XXXX hospital..Go ahead.."

Jaehyun is about to tell about Y/n's wish but his phone rings and when he answers,his face turns into a worried one..

"What??!??! What happened???!!..." Mark yelled

"Y-Y/n is having a trigger again and she is having a hard time to breathe..Go..I know you still love her..Go before it's too late..I may be her friend for years but she still choose you to be in her side when she has me already..GO!!!" Jaehyun shouted and cried..

"Thank you Jaehyun.." He thanked him and ran off like a speed of light..

Jaehyun is dead inside..He cries a lot but wants to act strong in front of Y/n..Jaehyun still hopes that Fate may change the destined ones but,One of his efforts is useless..

Hoping,Assuming and Pain are his daily emotions when it comes to Love...

Jaehyun is always there when Y/n is sad,he is there when Y/n needs help with studies,he is always there to make Y/n happy and He is always there when Y/n is in danger..

Mark met Y/n in a store and just a few months,Jaehyun is shock that they are already 'dating'..He still hopes that one day,Y/n will see him with his efforts but,Destiny made another chapter of Y/n's life that she has no time..

Jaehyun recalled all the memories as he walked to Y/n's ward but saw Mark crying outside the door..

"Mark,what happened?" Jaehyun said with full of sadness in his eyes..
