4 years ago today my entire life changed.

July 23rd 2010, at 8:22 p.m., my entire life was recreated into the hands of 5 young idiotic men. One direction has become my life and made it worth living and that has to be one of the best feelings in the world.

I feel like I was the first "American" Directioner. I knew of them far before anyone else seemed to. I watched their video diaries every week and although I couldn't vote or watch the live shows I did my best. Now I know that when they auditioned it was obviously meant to be. For example, Liam not succeeding his first try and being told to come back and two years and re-audition. Harry's mom putting in his application for him (thank you Anne). Louis's charm getting him through because we all know he butchered his audition. Zayn for even showing up and overcoming his shyness. And for Katy Perry simply liking Niall. I mean just imagined if ONE of them didn't get through or didn't show up for that matter.

Sadly they aren't out little secret anymore. They sell out arenas like they change underwear. And I couldn't be more proud of them than I am today. They have come along way. They may have lost the X Factor, but they won the world. These 5 boys have saved countless lives just by breathing. Mine being one of them. From What Makes You Beautiful to Half a Heart.
