Currently I am holding a guitar,
I struck the chords: G, am, c, F
It sounds peculiar,
I struck the chords: F, am, c, d
It sounds right, but not enough.
I strummed: up, down, up, up, down,
It sounds depressing so I stopped strumming.
I hummed, thinking of a new tune, it still sounds depressing that it starts to suck.
I laughed and realized that, no matter what tune I use and chords I pluck, I can only think of it as a depressing one, melancholy seeping through; it's because I am what I like, I am what I think, and I might be depressed.
Oh good lord.
