Two

Sabriyna, Katiya, Juleiyan, Adrasteia, and Sceaduwulf trailed behind Lyric and Ascetyr.

"Where are we goin?" Wulfie asked, yawning.

"There's an inn not to far away," Lyric explained.

"Fireside?" Sabriyna asked her older brother.

Lyric nodded. "Yeah." He paused before saying, "Jules?"

"Yeah?"

"Can you take Acey for me?" Lyric asked.

Juleiyan nodded. "Yep!" Juleiyan then took Ascetyr from Lyric.

"Kat," Lyric began.

Katiya yawned. "Huh?"

"Come here," Lyric instructed.

Katiya did as she was told, still just grasping onto her bunny plush.

Lyric picked her up. "I know you're tired, Kat. I assure you we're almost there."

"'Kay," Katiya responded.

A couple more minutes passed before they reached Fireside Inn.

Lyric held the door open for his siblings before he and Katiya went in.

"Hello!" A friendly voice boomed. "I'm Hilda and I'll taking care of you folks tonight. ...If I can just find my lantern." Then came the sounds of things being thrown around. "Ah ha! You thought you could really hide from me, huh, Mr. Lantern? Well you couldn't." Hilda set the battery powered lantern on the desk and then gawked. "Wow. Uh um what are you youngins doing out here?"

"Our house-" Sabriyna began, but she was cut off.

"Look, we've got the funds." Lyric pulled a wallet out from his back pocket.

Sabriyna's eyes grew wide. The wallet was their anya's.

"How much for a room?" Lyric asked Hilda.

"How many beds?"

"Two," Lyric said.

"89," Hilda responded.

Lyric then pulled a credit card out from the wallet.

"Sorry, kid. Internet's down. Cash only," Hilda told him.

Lyric sighed before pulling cash from the wallet and handing it over to Hilda.

"What's his name?" Hilda asked, talking about Ascetyr.

Without thinking Sabriyna said, "Adam. His name is Adam."

"Adam, huh?" Hilda began. "What about you kids? Y'all have names I'd assume?"

"I'm Sage," Sabriyna began. She gestured to Wulfie. "That's Sawyer." Then she pointed to Juleiyan and Adrasteia. "That's Joshua and Ava." Sabriyna gestured to Katiya, who had almost fallen asleep. "That's Katelyn." Then she gestured to Lyric. "And that's Layton."

"Nice to meet you Layton, Sage, Joshua, Ava, Sawyer, Katelyn and Adam," Hilda began to say. She grabbed a paper and pen. "I have to write our guests down on paper since the internet is down. So... What's the last name?"
