The next thing I know I'm being dragged down a hallway by my bound hands, the rough flooring scraped lacerations into the skin that showed through my tattered shirt. It felt like forever before my limp body was flung like a ragdoll. With a loud thud my back hit the wall of what seemed like a upright cocoon of metal with a glass door. Instead of the rough twine like rope around my cut up wrists, they put metal clamps, the harsh rusted iron sawed deeper into my wrists the more I tried to struggle.

Slowly, a man in what seemed like a crude lab coat and apron approached me, one hand emerged from behind his back, a syringe gripped tightly. The blood red liquid inside sloshed around as he came ever closer to me. I screamed as loud as I could for him to stop, it had little to no effect.

The needle was plunged as deep as it would go into my writhing neck. As the mysterious fluid was pumped into my jugular vein. The intense pain was unbearable, I felt every drop of the fluid course around my body like a virus. It felt as if someone had set me on fire. Slowly the needle was pulled out and the door on the front of the capsule shut. The latch on the outside clicked to a close. I was stuck.

A small buzzing noise filled the chamber as a metallic spike descended from above me. It stopped just before reaching my skull. Suddenly, I heard a horrifying scream, it echoed around the room and chamber. In the midst of the banshee like noise came the hurried shouts of men, 'stop the machine, he's going to die, sir we have to do something' and so on. Despite the shouting nothing seemed to stop the cries. This terrifying noise continued until they became no more than a whine. What was going to happen to me? That's all that was running through my mind at that moment.

My worries where about to be made ever more apparent as a man covered in blood and makeshift surgeons gear came over to my chamber. "Initiate" his Russian accent added even more of an intense feel to the situation. With one bloodied hand he pushed a small red button on a remote control. Everything was silent.

Bom bom, bom bom.

The sound of my own heart beat was all that I could hear at that moment. It was so peaceful, so tranquil. Then it felt like someone was ripping the flesh clean off my body. There was a high pitched buzz and a flash as electricity coursed through my bones. My eyes rolled back into my head, everything was dark and all I could feel was the piercing knives of volts as my body was cooked in the capsule. Slowly my consciousness faded once again as the pain became too much, but not before I heard a man say "crank up the power" and my entire body tensed and pulsated as I finally blacked out...
