Hanamaki pov:
"Okay I've got an hour to prepare..." I spoke to the air. I then spent the next hour setting up my living room for a pile of teenage boys in sleeping bags, had a big stash of snacks ready to be destroyed, and turned on a movie. By the time I was maybe 10 minutes into my movie the doorbell rang and I went to answer. "Hey Maki!" Matsu smiled at me excitedly. "H-Hey Matsu!" I managed to stutter out before stepping aside and letting him in. "Are you watching After... for real?" he stared at me questioning my movie choice. "I didn't know what else to watch!" I sighed and sat down where I had set my stuff. Of course Matsukawa being himself he set his stuff right next to mine. We continued watching the movie and our phones buzzed in sync.

Me and Maki watched the movie in complete silence. Eventually the movie got boring to me and I paid attention to random things in his house. My eyes finally settled on something, our hands, they were so close together. I could just reach out and...
3rd Person pov:
Matsukawa slowly slid his hand on top of Hanamaki's. Hanamaki got startled for a moment before looking up at Matsukawa meeting his eyes. The two stared at one another for what seemed like hours, but in reality was only a mere 2 minutes. Matsukawa let his eyes drift to Hanamaki's lips before going back to his eyes. Hanamaki's heart started to race as he stared at the other boy, he slowly intertwined their fingers not letting his eyes leave Matsukawa's. Slowly Matsukawa leaned in right as the movie finished leaving a dim glow in the room. Their faces only a few inches apart. Their lips so close to touching. When the doorbell rings and Hanamaki jumps up to answer letting in the rest of his friends.
Hanamaki pov:
OH MY GOD WE WERE GONNA KISS HOLY FUCKEIANDJJAFIW
Matsukawa pov:
I watched Hanamaki get up and open the door before coming to sit back down next to me. He grabbed the remote and asked "What do you guys wanna watch?" Oikawa answered "What about The Neverending Story?" Everyone all agreed and he put on the movie setting the remote on the couch behind us that had many snacks to grab. Everyone got comfortable and watched the moving making jokes and such the entire time. Of course Hanamaki and I participated in the jokes as well, but all I could think about was our hands intertwined. When he had sat down he had grabbed my hand again intertwining our fingers and hid our hands with our blankets. All I could think about while watching the movie was how perfectly his hand fit in mine and how warm it felt when he fell asleep on my shoulder. All I could think about the entire night was Hanamaki. I knew by the butterflies in my stomach and the way my heart races around him, that I was in loved with the boy who had my favorite laugh.
