As the moonlight of the two full moons shone down on the two dragons as Secretkeeper had just come to see the hatching and had barely escaped the other dragons still slightly paranoid she was being followed.
As she arrived she saw Papaya looking at the two eggs that had a beam of moonlight resting right on them as Secretkeeper's egg turned a gorgeous silver that she could see her reflection in and Papayas turned the same silver with a slightly rainbow shine to it.
As the two mothers stared at the eggs in a shocked silence the first crack was made.
At first they were unsure of which egg made the cracking sound then another more visable crack appeared on Papaya's egg as the dragonet made its way out.
Then SecretKeeper's egg made a crack and soon popped its head out of the shell
Then seemingly at the thought of the other dragonet beating it too it the iridescent egg burst open and a little dragonet jumped out and then lay on the floor.
Papaya quickly jumped to her dragonet and scooped her up
Then the other dragonet hopped out of her egg and attached herself to her mothers tail\
SecretKeeper looked fondly at her newborn dragonet and looked up at the two full moons
She reached over and picked her off her tail and held her close
She noticed pretty silver teardrop shaped scales next to her eyes the same scales could be found on the other dragonet as well.
She gazed up at the sky and said " i'll name her Moonwatcher" and she looked over at Papaya almost as if she silently said 'do you like it?'
Papaya gave her a smile and nodded as she turned back to the dragonet that was wide eyed looking around in awe in her arms
"i'll name her y/n" Papaya said after a moment of watching the dragonet as she stretched her tiny wings
*'well her wings actually looked pretty big for a newborn...'* Papaya thought as she compared Moonwatchers wings too Y/ns
*'Hmmm maybe just a little difference she might just grow into them'*
Papaya joined Secretkeeper in watching the leaves rustle around and the moons that shone brightly through the hole in the dense canopy.
