Giant large doors covered in skulls fling open releasing souls of the un-dead into the air. A small silver haired girl in a gown of hand sewn spider silk lace walks through the doors, " Father. I wish to have a word with you." her voice soft and gentle barely heard over the sounds of screaming and groans off in the distance. She stops before a giant metal throne where a pale stick of a man sits. His eyebrow raises in an arch as he peers down to the girl. A loud harsh voice booms throughout the corridors
" Yes,Daughter?" he holds out a hand for her to step upon the throne. As she does she swallows her breath, " I wish to go to the mortal plane to experience the good and bad beings before I take over your throne here in the underworld..... so I may have a better idea of who to punish and why." she explains in a hurried voice that peeks as she runs out of breath trying to get it out in one go.

The man leans back in his metal chair and lets out a gruff sigh, in a hushed voice "Your mother has informed me of this and as I do agree it would be a learning opportunity for you, the mortal world is now a harsh place no once like the land I visited when I was a little flicker like you...."he pauses for a moment and the girls face sinks in as if he had just said no.
"but...." he lays a hand on her head covering it entirely ruffling her  silver locks " if you agree to take a guard with you to keep you from harm of humans or demi-gods I will agree to let you go."

The young girls face lights up bright as her hair stands straight up into a blue lit flame as she smiles and hugs his hand tightly " oh father, agreed!" He chuckles and nods " very well , Argos, you may enter now." the girls face instantly goes back to gloom and darkens.."awe dad no not him, anyone but him.....

The huge doors slid open across the ground, their metal hinges barely making a sound. From the shadows emerged a massive figure with muscles rippling under a thick, glossy black coat. A red mark, almost like a crown of blood, glowed on the creature's forehead, mirroring the intense gaze of its molten eyes of that same dark crimson. It was an elegant creature, though its paws were heavy and the earth trembled beneath every step of the masses of ebony. Argos did not speak, he only stood in solemn silence. Smoke trailed from his massive muzzle, his head held in attention. He simply awaited orders as the other hounds guarding the room seemed to bow their head in reverence to the 6 foot hound of shadow and molten lava.

The girl turns towards her father as she rolled her eyes as he entered , she made the puke face and pretended to gag. " If your serious about it, I'll learn to tolerate him..." she blew her father a kiss and turned towards the doors. with elegance and grace she tossed her hair back and began walking towards the doors her head held high. As she passed by him she let out a soft polite voice. " I wish to leave at high moonlight, Please be be prepared to go, and meet me at the soul well. Thank you for accompanying me" she continued out the door. The Man on the throne stands and looks as though he is floating towards the very large creature. "You have been briefed of the mission correct? Please keep her safe, report to me if anything happens." he holds his hand forward as a collar forms from smoke in his hand. "this will allow you to enter the mortal realm and be able to interact with the world and its creatures if you need to. It will also allow you to stay in a mortal form to blend in and help her if she needs it. I can't allow you to have your full power but you will have a fraction of your current strength. When this is complete I will reward you will your own land here in the underworld as well as souls to consume as you wish. Do you agree to this?"

The massive hell hound lowered his cranium, his muscles flexing as he shifted so his King could bestow the collar upon his neck. "It will be done my Lord." He responded. He didn't move his maw nor did any sound come from him. His voice rather echoed in the man's head. It was a quiet and deep voice, one that seemed to send gentle tremors through the listeners mind. Despite the enormous size, the deadly maw, and the tendrils of smoke and lava, his voice was almost soothing. He stayed bowed until the Man had clicked the heavy collar around his neck. He bowed in respect of his leader then turned to exit the room.
