—— months later
it was a weekend, and heeseung and I were out on a date. staring at heeseung drinking his boba, I gave him soft eyes. "you want it don't you." he asked, motioning the boba in circles. I grinned, nodding my head.
he gave it to me, I happily sipped while we were walking across the pavement to get to the lake. As we were arriving to the lake near our houses, we heard yelling.
"THEN WHY DO YOU CONFUSE ME SO MUCH." a voice that was oddly familiar to me, shouted.
I turn to face heeseung, and he returns the same exact look. Slowly we walk to where the shouting is coming from.
jaehoon and another girl who's just as angry as he is, now he's 15 and I guess he's having problems that he doesn't want to share with us anymore.
I'm assuming the girl is the annoying one he's been talking about for months, and just as heeseung as I got closer.
"because you always toyed around with me! Do you think it's funny messing around with someone's feelings?! And then I'm the annoying one when I finally learn to get you to shut up-" she yelled at him to the top of her lungs until she was cut off by him kissing her.
heeseung and I held in our gasps, our eyes widen as we share glances with each other and then look back at those two.
"I never expected him to be like that, it's like a movie but in real life." I whispered, watching the two. Heeseung and I giggled, just as the two broke off the kiss.
jaehoon apologized to her, "I'm sorry." and with that he left her dumbfounded coming our way, heeseung and I panicked but he already had caught us.
he looked at us as if he was exasperated, and just walked away not bothering to talk to us.

I didn't want to leave the girl there, so I approach her along with heeseung. "are you alright?"
"does it look like I'm alright? I caught you staring a while ago, who are you and what the hell do you want?" her eyes sharp, she was infuriated.
"I'm jaehoon's older sister, this is my boyfriend. I don't want anything and I don't want either of you to think that we were spying, we just heard yelling and went to see if anything was wrong. We never expected to see jaehoon doing the yelling." I took a seat on the bench along with heeseung.
"love is a challenging thing, people fall in love in complicated ways, simple ways, and ways they don't even expect. We're not going to get into your situation, I think you're mature enough to figure it out on your own." heeseung told the younger female, a small curve on his lips form.
she just looks at us, her eyes soften. She leaves as well, not a word coming out of her mouth as she does so.
I chuckle, "young love."
"we're not that old you know, lovely." his hands intertwine with mine, "I know we're 19 but looking at jaehoon and her, i know they'll work it out. I'll be there for him and her both. And if it doesn't work out, then there's more to expect in the future."
"with my own life, there wasn't a single male I had interest in. At first not even you, but now I know that you're the one I'll always be with."
