Anger was an understatement. His brother's precious quirk somehow was inherited to someone who can't even use the quirk properly. The quirk is a powerful one with it being stronger and stronger as time went on. And the fact that it had been used by someone who is a total idiot is just pissing him off.
Chizue walk around the living room of his house while his son was sitting on the sofa patting his skeletal cat.
"Shihiro, please tell me. Did All Might defeat your uncle?" Chizue ask turning to his son. If he did, then he isn't that bad after all.
"Yes he did, but he was only able to severely injured him. Uncle was able to get away in the last minute." Shihiro state receiving a nod from the ancient Hero.
"I see, anything else?"
"Well the meta liberation army had been quite in last few decades and also the crime rate in Japan had went down drastically thanks to All Might. The Yakuza had been declining for the past few years and UA the rat had banned those with useless and villainous quirks including the quirkless."
Anger start to boil inside Chizue's heart. He took a deep breath and slap himself multiple times. He can't help himself from grinning the whole time. Oh how he can't wait to make a rat soup out of his second son.
Chizue turn to his son again. This time his eyes was glowing green. "Anything else?"
Shihiro gulp. He recognise that look on his father's face. It only mean one thing. It was either he's about to commit a massacre or he's about to tortur....I mean "train" someone.
Back then his uncle Hisashi Shigaraki or by his Villain name, All For One rule over Japan. Politics, economy and even the food sources was controlled by him. And going against someone as strong as him would be dangerous. And the fact that their opponent is the "ruler" of Japan is not easy.
The only chance they have to fight against the merchant of quirks was by getting stronger. And how would the former users of One For All be able to gey stronger in only a a few months of training? It was all thanks to Chizue.
The only reason why former users of One For All can be so strong was all thanks to Chizue's torturous training. At first they would be forced to speed running climbing mount Fuji. Yes you heard me correct. They were given a few hours to climb mount Fuji or else they won't gain any food. This is of course to help them gain some muscles and to increase their stamina.
Later after they would be taught in terms of hand to hand combat. This way they can at least use One For All properly unlike a certain symbol of peace who just punch the shit out of those villlains and be over with it.
Who taught them? It's Chizue of course! My guy is the best when it comes to hand to hand combat. Not only is he experienced he is highly skilled in it. He can at least be able to fight for a few hours without any rest against his brother without any weapons. But if you gave him one, then he maybe he can at least last for a few days!
He loves his students! After that, they will all be fighting against an experimented bear who has multiple quirks. The bear was actually saved by Chizu half a centuries ago from being experimented by a group of scientists from Russia. Due to the experiments, the bear now had approximately 10 quirks from strengthening, healing, shock absorption, shock nullification and many more.
Oh and should I add the fact that they had to fight the bear without using their quirk? Yep he loves his students!
Shihiro shake in fear remembering the hellish training his father would put in those poor people. Thankfully he did not choose to become a hero at the time and focused more on his business. If he did, he will probably inherits his father's habits of dying over and over again.
