Sam's Character.

Sam's full name is Sammy Estell. She was born in 1989 except on the 1st of November in Canada. Sam had powers but as she was late to being born, her powers were late as well. Due to her being born a month late, Sir Reginald had already collected 7 of them.

The only time she had used her powers was when she was 11 and her friend was about to tickle her in the neck and when she had touched her friend with her left hand, her friend froze. Then again she tried getting help but when she got back her friend was unfrozen. After that incident she was being called crazy after a few people spread the rumor.

Eventually, her family moved to a different city, a different country even. Her parents brought her to where she had first met Sir Reginald Hargreeves. They took her to him to be "checked" but only realized that he was experimenting on her. They eventually told him to stop doing check ups but Sir Reginald had a talk with them on private.

While they were talking in private, she met Ben and Klaus. She eventually became friends with them. A few hours later Sir Reginald came back without them. He told her that her parents had given him full responsibility and he was her guardian now. She was kept secret though but also had befriended Vanya and the others. She was assigned to help Grace and Pogo.

= Sam's power is Dual Manipulation where she can manipulate the powers of other's or manipulate their movement. When her eyes a black, she can manipulate their powers, if white, she manipulates their movement. If her eyes are both color's, she is using both.
=Sammy has a sister who was abandoned and forgotten ever since Sammy went to Sir Reginald.
