Summer of 87'. Robin's last year in Hawkins. Well, hopefully. She had one major setback. Her family funds weren't all that..full. She planned to go to college with Steve one year early but then the whole incident with star court and the Russians and that fleshy spider monster that Robin couldn't remember the name of set both of them back. Her family video job paid her horribly so she didn't have enough money to go with Steve so Steve, like the dumb-ass he is, promised to stay in Hawkins until the tall girl could afford at least one year of college.

*What's one more summer job?* Robin thought

Steve was pacing. He was pacing so hard that his trophies almost fell off his shelves many times. He normally was never this stressed about a job but god, this job paid well. If Steve and his best friend were able to get this job, they could finally get out of this cursed town and live like normal teenagers. Adults? Steve forgot that he's a whole year older than Robin. Suddenly, there was a loud crash on the ground, followed by several thunderous pounds coming from downstairs. Steve flinched.

"One second!" He screamed.

He practically tripped down the stairs to get to his front door. He was greeted with a slightly sweaty Robin who was out of breath. Her bicycle was thrown against the brick stairs of his house.

"Hey!" The girl was able to force out. "Are you- Why aren't you dressed?!"

"What do you mean? The interview isn't for another.." Steve glanced at the clock.

"5 minutes, SHIT!" Steve bolted upstairs, grabbed the nicest looking jacket from his closet and raced back down.

"Car! Robin! Now!"

The tall girl obeyed and the two jumped into the car. Steve started it with such force that his key almost bent.

"Great going dingus! Rule number one of a job interview, NEVER show up late!"

"Yeah yeah, I fucked up. Shut your trap."

The two rode in an anxious silence. They both needed this job to leave this hell together. It was one thing that they were both certain of.

"Let's hope this whole place doesn't crash and burn."

The car pulled up with a hard and defining skirt. The car doors flung up and the two quickly burst through the entrance. Robin looked up at the sign above the entrance. It had just occurred to her that she didn't know the name of the place they might spend the rest of their summer at. (Steve was the one who was job hunting) her face molted in a puzzled expression.

"What kind of name is 'Fazbear'?"
