It was Neve's first day of art collage and she was the only one from her old school going to this place so that meant it was a fresh start, she didn't mind that tho, she always got beat up for the most stupid things like listening to the clash and britpop music. So hopefully her collage was different from school. As she came downstairs listening to Eminem on her earphones she saw her brother, they haven't been the same since their mam and dad left them a few months ago because "Neve wasn't good enough with grades," her brother Charlie blames it all on her. She grabs a monster energy that she'd hidden out of the fridge and kicked her skateboard up to catch, and eventually left to go to her first day of collage.
"Now hush little baby don't you cry, everything's gonna be alright"
She mumbled in a singing tone,
"OUCH,"
She practically screamed as a bike came running into her
"OMG IM SO SORRY MY BRAKES JUST SNAPPED OFF AS I PRESSED EM TOO HARD IM SO SORRY,"
"It's alright, sorry for shouting you scared me cause I couldn't hear you "
"I'm Vanessa by the way"
"Uhh, Neve "
I took her hand to shake it
"NOPE IM A HUGGER!"
She informed me, as she started rushing towards me embracing me in her arms, I hadn't been hugged in so long, I kinda liked it
"Something wrong?"
Vanessa asked
"Nope! Just haven't been hugged in years, "
"Well get used to it, we're gonna get along perfectly"
As the day went on, Neve and Vanessa realised they had so much in common, Vanessa was a year older than Neve so she gave her a tour around the school and skipped a few classes.
~END OF SCHOOL DAY~
I go to the sheds outside the classes to see someone has snapped my skateboard in half, but why already?
"YOUR TAKING THE FOOKIN PISS!"
Neve shouted in the hallway
"Ooo watch your language were still in school remember"
A voice teased
"I DONT FINK YOUR FOOKIN FUNNY MATE"
"Ohhh so you found your surprise then?"
"EXCUSE ME?"
"Awh thanks miss ill deffo improve on this now"
A voice spoke walking out of the classroom, he sounded familiar tho, Ohhhhh it's that guy from music class, dom? I think
"HOLY SHIT WHATS HAPPENING"
Dom spoke clearly shocked by the setting
"Wanna piss off gay boy?"
"NAH I don't actually, DID YOU DO THAT?"
He questioned pointing to my skateboard and looking back at the boy
"Yea I did what you gonna do gaybo?"
And with that I heard a massive smacking noise and the boy on the floor, getting up and running off
"You didn't have to do that yknow"
I quietly muttered
"Yea I did, and I also have to get you a new skateboard"
"Dom no really yo-"
"MR HARRISON"
