Scorched'Paw awoke from his slumber shaking scraps of clinging moss off him while bright sunlight shone through the new Fire'Clan apprentice den, Smoke'Paw and Adder'Paw were already outside fighting each other to train while they were waiting for their mentor's, a sharp yawn came from Scorched'Paw as he walked out of the den only to be pounced on by Badger'Paw "Hey get off me!" he laughed as he was on the ground pinned down by Badger'Paw "If we're gonna be warriors soon we need to train!" he laughed hitting Scorched'Paw with his paw "Fineeeeee!" Scorched'Paw exclaimed then suddenly kicked Badger'Paw off him sending Badger'Paw a little bit far from him "hey no fair!" Badger'Paw laughed "well you pounced on me while I was half asleep!" he laughed and padded away toward fresh-kill "wait for me!" Badger'Paw yelled running behind Scorched'Paw
