"Alright I'ma hit you tomorrow mama" Horace said lowly.

"Okay, goodnight baby" Horace's mom hung up.

Even though the 20 year old no longer lived with his mother, she checked on him every other night to catch up, and make sure he was doing good

Horace was more of an antisocial child growing up. Not wanting to be around too many people that he was not comfortable with. He would only hang around his 2 friends, Lakeyah and Durk

His 2 friends were the only people he really felt comfortable with, not really socializing with others.

He could talk to them about anything he was dealing with, mentally or physically, because he was never judged by them.

They always had his back and made sure he was okay.

Horace stood from his couch and walked in his bedroom to get ready for bed.

He was going to spend the day with Lakeyah and Durk tomorrow, and he wanted to get up to start his day off early.

His friends were always upset because Horace always was the last one up and ready to go. So he was going to get up early, and be able to start the day with his friends ON TIME for once.

He hopped out of the shower and put on some grey shorts, ethikas, and a white beater.

He laid in his bed, getting comfortable, and turned on P-Valley.

He watched about 30 minutes of the episode before his sleep took over him.

Horace woke up to his phone ringing, throat feeling a little dry.

He reached over and turned his phone over, seeing Lakeyah calling him. He glanced at the time that read 10:37, his mouth making an "O" shape.

He answered the phone and didn't say anything, knowing Lakeyah was gonna curse him out for not being up in time.

"Boyyyyyyy what the fuck are you doing? I know you was not still sleep nardo!" Lakeyah yelled through the phone.

"Aye you ain't gotta yell at me li girl, I jus woke up chill" Horace responded.

"Ugh! Just hurry up, you got 10 minutes, me and Durk sitting in the car. Hurry Up Nardo!" Lakeyah said before hanging up.

"This girl get on my nerves" Nardo mumbled to himself getting up from his bed and walking to his bathroom.

He used the bathroom and washed his hands, beginning to wash and brush his teeth after. He went into his closet and took a Armani Exchange T-Shirt out of the closet, and took some black jeans from his dresser.

"They better not leave me I know that shit" Horace mumbled to himself again. He put on his white Air Force 1's and sprayed his Versace cologne on himself.

He got up from his bed and walked to the side of it, grabbing his charger and phone. He looked back over his room, making sure he grabbed everything he needed for the day.

Walking outside from his apartment building, he saw Durk's black charger parked next to the sidewalk. He approached the car, hearing the loud music playing before opening the door.

He hopped in the backseat, seeing Lakeyah was in the driver seat, and Durk was in the passenger.

"Damn FINALLY yo ass came out this mf! Shit!" Durk spat.

"Shut the fuck up nigga it wasn't that damn long" Horace said.

"Just be quiet both of yall" Lakeyah said laughing. "We finna head to this mall because new clothes is calling my nameeeee"

"I wanna see yo closet, because everytime we together, we always gotta stop at the mall" Horace stated.

"Her shit crowded as fuck" Durk said lowly, pulling from his blunt.

"Leave me the fuck alone" Lakeyah said with a serious face.

"Ight mane, and can you pull the fuck off?Horace said getting sick if sitting infront of his building.

"Nigga get yo foot off my mfn dashboard, dirty ass sock" Markeyvius said to his friend Dominique.

They were currently on their way to the mall to find some clothes for the club later on tonight.

"Shut the fuck up pussy, always whining bout some shit" Dominique responded, looking out the window.

"Yall niggas just need to stop arguing all the fucking time, damn" Megan said from the backseat.

"Yeah because its getting really annoying" Normani said, agreeing with Megan.

"Tell this nigga stop crying bout dumb shit" Dominique responded.

"Ugh turn the music back up" Megan said.

Markeyvius hated arguing with his friend, but Dominique always did dumb shit to start the arguments. Key is a really cool and laid back person, but when his friends piss him off, he gets an attitude.

They pulled up at Lenox Mall, and parked far from the front, meaning they would have to walk a good distance.

"Damn nigga w-why you park so far?" Megan said while out of breath.

"Ian park that far, chill" Markeyvius responded. He felt that his friends were overreacting.

They got to the front door of the mall, seeing a group of 3 walking up to the the door.

"Is that? ..KEYAHH!" Normani yelled. A lightskinned girl turned around when she heard her name get called.

"MANIIIIIIII" the skinny lightskinned female yelled.
