Chapter 11

Today is my brothers funeral its going to be hard to see my brother being put into the ground but like my momma said hr ain't struggling no more. We're wearing black and red because those were his favorite colors ( outfit in media ) once we were all dressed , we headed to the limo they put me, my mom, my step dad, trey and my grandma in the first limo we arrived to the church, they opened the door we got out and walked up to the doors of morning star, we walked in a lot of people came friends and family were there. Me and Trey were behind my mom and step dad it was time for us to walk in, seeing my brother in the casket was the last thing I wanted to see him in after we all set down they had different people to say something good about him

" Tamieka Jones would you like to come up and say a few words" I got up I had some shades on I walked up to the stand

" Travis wasn't just my brother, he was my best friend he was there when lost my first child but now he-he won't be able to see his baby sister walk down the isle and become someone's beautiful wife and I won't be able to fight with him like I use to. I miss you Travis " I walked down I looked up and saw my other brother and my dad coming in the door I walked yo them they held me while I cried my eyes out, we set down in the front . we got up and went out the door, stood outside they brought out his casket we got in the limo and followed them to the cemetery they put him in the ground we put our flowers on top of the casket they took us back home I took me a shower and got in the bed, Trey came in afterwards and laid with me

"you going to be okay ma "

" I don't think so " he pulled me close to him I just laid there I cry anymore there is no since of me crying because it's not going to bring him back. I turned over to the night stand to grab whatever it was my brother gave a picture of  me, my dad, and Travis I put my hand up to my mouth I felt a tear drop. I put the necklace on I got up and went in my mom's room
" hey mom"

" yes baby"

" look what I found in Trav room" I showed her the locket she looked in it

" omg I've been looking for this if your was here and he knew we lost this he'd be upset" my mom and dad had a good relationship but they weren't perfect , they fought most of the time but they never put their hands on each other

" I bet he would, he would've said you always loosing something if it ain't the kids its the jewelry " we laughed I'm glad to see my mom smiling again

" alright honey I gotta get some sleep"

" mommy" I hugged and kissed her then went back in the room, got in the bed and went to sleep

                    * 3:00 a.m.*
I woke up feeling the need to throw up, I got up and ran to the bathroom

" uhh god" I threw up the second time time once I was done I got up and rinsed my mouth out, got back in the bed and laid down
                * 5 hours later*
Trey's POV: I woke to an empty bed . I reached over to the night stand and grabbed my phone to check the time

" 8:00 man I don't be up this early at home" I got up and went downstairs " morning everyone "

" morning"

" morning baby, you want me to fix your plate"

" yeah you can" she fixed my plate we set down and ate

" Trey I need to talk to you about something "

" okay go ahead "

" no not here"

" where then" we got up and walked out the front door " what's up baby what you wanted to talk about"

" remember when I told you I was pregnant "

" yeah"

" I don't know how I'm going to tell my mom"

" you need to tell her before to let"

" how am I going to bust out and say mom I'm pregnant "

" you gotta tell her" we walked back in the house and to the kitchen

" mom can I talk to for a sec "

" sure"

Tamieka's POV: me and my mom walked into the living room

" what you need "

" mom I'm pregnant "

" omg really that's great what do I need to by the baby" that went better then I thought it would

" yeah" after that me and trey walked upstairs to start packing to go back home. Once I was done packing I went downstairs to let my mom know that we were getting ready to leave and get on the road

" okay baby y'all be safe" she hugged us then we left and got on the road
