James Sirius Potter!! How dare you!!

Chapter 1

Lily Luna Potter POV

       So like any other day, my cousins, god brother, and brothers are all sitting in the living room. It is a small room with a couch and a loveseat and a reading chair in the corner. I am sitting in my father's reading chair in the corner with a book in my lap watching my cousin Hugo and my god brother Teddy play wizard's chess. I look around at my family and notice one person is missing, James Sirius Potter. You see, my brother is a troublemaker, especially when he's with our cousin Frederick Weasley, though we just call him Fred. I slowly stand from my chair and kneel byt Teddy Lupin who is our babysitter at the time alone with Vic my cousin. "Ted, James is missing again...You remember the last time he went missing. I nearly got killed."

        Teddy snaps his head up to look at me, "He's gone?! Again?" I slowly nod, "Yeah, probably trying to get into daddy office again."

         Teddy sighs "We will just have to wait and see if he shows up anytime soon." I nod and walk slowly back to my seat. You see I'm only 10 years old, I haven't even went to Hogwarts yet. You see I am ahead of most people my age because my mum and aunt Moine love to teach me new things so that I can be the brightest witch of my age. While everyone's at school mum, Aunt Moine, and Aunt Karen would teach me cool things, well not only me but my cousin Hugo as well. Hugo and I are the babies of the family though everyone is scared of me because of my temper; thanks to mum and dad for that. I got a bit of both of their tempers which isn't fun to be around so don't make me mad. I sat back in my chair watching everyone. I don't talk to my family much because they all think that i'm too young to know anything and that i'm not mature enough. The only person that talks to me is Teddy because he knows that I don't like to be treated like a baby, well unless I am sick. I look to the stairs and watch the stairs. I see James coming down holding something gold. This just cant be good, it's never good when he had that look on his face.

James Sirius Potter POV

          I ran upstairs once everyone was busy talking or playing. I waited just by my father's office door for my partner in crime. Frederick Weasley though we just call him Fred. While I wait for him to get away from my cousin Roxanne, I stare at the photo of all the fallen that my parents have hung in the hallway. So many I have heard so many stories about especially Uncle Sirius and Uncle Remus. Once he arrived we turn to my dads office and he kneels down with one of Roxanne's bobby pins. You see my dad put his office on the top floor so none of us would go in it, but he's not home so it's the perfect time to try and break in. Fred starts twisting the bobby pin trying to unlock the door, we soon hear a click and the door is open. We both look at each other and grind mischiefly at one another. I slowly take a step into the room and head over to the bookshelf to find something interesting. By the way the floor shifts and Fred walks I can tell her went over to my father's desk. Fred called me over "Hey James! Look at this! Do you know what it is?!" he holds up something circular and gold.

          I shook my head "Lets go ask Teddy!!" We both nodded at eachother and ran down stairs. "Hey Teddy look at this!!" Teddy looks up at us and then slowly gets up raising his hairs. Teddy eyes are wide with alarm, its weird I have never seen him like this. "James put that down now! That's a time turner it's very dangerous!!" So that is what this thing is,"I think it I'm gonna keep it!"

         Lily stood up and glared at me "Put it down James!" Geez Lily glare is scary! I stared at her trying not to shiver with fear and slowly went to put it down on the coffee table. By now all of our cousins were crowded around trying to catch a glimpse of the time turner. I put it on the table but it slipped off the corner and fell smashing. A cloud of white smoke surrounded us and blinded many. I felt someone grab my hand tightly and i gave it a small squeeze back to almost reassure them. That is until I hear everyone yell.

Everyone's POV

     JAMES SIRIUS POTTER!!! HOW DARE YOU!!!

So I am slowly going to start editing this and hopefully adding some new chapters. I am really sorry that I have not worked on this story in so long. I have been going through things at school and well im finally in my final year so it should be well worth it in the end. I hope you enjoy this edit.
