Chapter 7

Teddy POV

I was laying in bed with Vic beside me and Lily between us. Lily has a high fever and has been sleeping for a few hours. I know she is only sick because this is so much stress on her little body. I look up at Vic worriedly "Lily has never been this sick before. I'm worried because she always clings to dad when she is this sick but this time she's clingy to me and it worries me." Vic looks down at lily and then up at me "Yes it is very worry some, but we all know she has the best big brother that will look after her till the end of the earth." I smile and kiss her deeply "I love you Vic." She smiles and kisses me back. I hear a little groan under us and I pull away looking down at lily. "Morning princess how did you sleep?" Lily looks up at me and her face is very pale "I don't feel well Teddy bear.....where is mommy and daddy??" I suck in my breath and look down at her "Mommy is in the other room but daddy is still back in time remember?" Lily looks down and nods "Yeah I was just hoping it was a dream. Can you get mommy?" I smile softly and kiss her forehead. Out of all the potter children I was closest to Lily. "Of coarse I'll go get her okay?" Lily shakes her head and clings to me "No you stay." I sigh and hold her close and look up at Vic "Can you go get Ginny? Please Vic I owe you big time." She nods and gets up while I hold Lily close and rock her slightly. After a few minutes there was a knock on the door "Come in but quietly." Lily had just fallen back to sleep. The door opens and in walks Ginny with aunt Karen, aunt Moine, Natasha, and Rose. I smile at all of them sitting up holding Lily "I just got her back to sleep. She isn't doing well. I'm really worried guys." Rose and Natasha rush over and sit on the bed playing with Lily hair "Shes really cold..." Rose says looking up at me. I sigh and nod "Yeah she is." Ginny, aunt Moine and aunt Karen come over and Ginny feels her forehead and gasps "Shes burning up. Karen can you go see mum and see if she has any potions?" Karen nods and rushes out. I lay Lily back down and looks up at Ginny "Mom do you think I could go stay with the boys and make sure everything is okay? They are probably really worried." Ginny nodded and I got up and walked downstairs to the kitchen. I walked into the kitchen and I see James and Albus looking down eying quietly. "James, Albus can you come with me for a minute?" They both nod getting up quickly and follow me into the living room. "How's lily?!" Both boys jump at asking questions. I raise my hand and pat both seats beside me for them to sit down. "Lily has a high fever and is sleeping. James you still have lily mirror don't you?" James nod. I smile "come on boys lets go visit your sister and make a call to dad okay?" Both boys smile getting up and rushing upstairs. I follow quickly behind the boys, and into the room. I smile seeing lily awake and curled up in Ginny arms "hey princess how are you feeling?" I sit on the end of the bed looking at her. "I'm feeling okay teddy bear. James says you have a surprise for me?" I smile "I always have a surprise for you. I'm thinking since your sick maybe we could give dad a call what do you think?" Her whole face brightens and she smiles and jumps into my arms. "Yes!! I want to talk to dad!!" I smile and I take the mirror from my pocket and holding it "Harry potter" the mirror starts to glow and soon his face appears on the mirror looking happy but it soon turns sad seeing lily sick face. "Hey lily pad! I have great news!" Lily looks at him smiling happily "what is it daddy?" Lily clings to me and I smile happily just glad she is happy now. "I am coming to get you and our family home. Uncle Ron and I were just about to come and get you. How does that sound?" Lilly's face lights up and she jumps up and down. "Hurry up Dad!!" Harry smiles and the mirror goes blank and then a few minutes late there is a poof and grey smoke is covering the room.
