Prologue: My Beginnings

??? Pov:

"I don't want him. He is useless without a quirk. I'm leaving and not coming back till the useless piece of shit is gone."

"Wait please. I will get rid of him tonight. Please give me a chance. I beg of you. Stay please."

Listening to my parents yell like I'm not here hurt. But being told I can never be a hero because of my status as quirkless hurts even more. If only I didn't push to go to the doctors today, I would have a little longer with my happy family. I must have spaced out because the next thing I knew was my mother was dragging me to the door.

"I don't ever want to see you again brat. You are ruining my life. I should have never had you. Useless brat."

With that she opened the door and threw me out. Landing on my back my mother looked down on me. I stand up trying to get the air back into my lungs from the fall.

"Moth-"

Bounding down the stairs leading to our door, mother slaps me. The slap threw my head back, making me feel as if I got whiplash. After the initial shock I fell to the ground again.

"Don't ever call me that again. I am not your mother and I never will be."

I was shocked. Not only had my mother disowned me, my father doesn't want me, and my mother just threw me, a four year old, out of the house and she slapped me.

"Never come back to this house. If I ever see you again, you don't want to know what I will do."

And with that she stormed up the stairs and slammed the door shut. I had no idea as to what I would do, all of my stuff was in my room. I did what any four year old would do. I sat there and cried. My whole world just turned upside down.

It took about an hour till I stopped crying and made my way to my, I guess it's no longer my bedroom's window. Guess in all of my bad luck today, I had some good luck. My room was on the second story of the house, and my good luck was a tree, very conveniently grown next to the window.

I have always loved climbing, no matter what it is. Climbing the tree turned out to be easier than I expected. Once I got to the window's height I opened it as quietly as I could and climbed inside. Making sure to be quiet I filled a backpack with all the essentials I would need. Clothing, blankets, pillows, my favorite dog stuffy Bubbles, and my notes. In another bag I put all my All Might stuff to sell for money, so I could get food. And in the final bag I put my computer bits.

After making sure I had everything I needed, I climbed out the window. Making my way down the tree, I turn to look at my old home one last time. Trying to not cry again I turn away never looking back.

No longer was my name Izuku Midoriya.
