When you opened your bedroom door, your eyes sparkled, and your demeanour lifted as you gazed at the beauty of your girly peach and gold bedroom. Your parents have decided to give you complete freedom to redecorate your room. It was magical. You were an extremely spoiled princess. This has been one of the most exciting weeks of your life.
You studied your beautiful appearance in front of your exquisite mirror. You radiated life and vitality. You appeared radiant and content with your life. The only drawback was that you were skinny and used to love fast food. However, one gift you can give Yoona is respect for her wishes regarding her body.
You, indeed, have come a long way...
Flashback
It was a bittersweet moment when you opened your eyes in that confined hospital room. Your mind was bewildered, but the amount of joy your parents and doctors experienced was unfathomable. Your mom couldn't stop thanking God for your miraculous recovery. The doctors were astounded. You only stayed in the hospital for another week for more observations.
You couldn't formulate a coherent thought. You were mute for weeks. Everybody feared that you would lose your speech. It was so difficult to let the sound project out of your mouth. You wonder if it was the effects of the so-called brain damage. But tests showed your brain activity was perfect, which shocked the neurosurgeons and specialists.
Your mind was overloaded with millions of images, and you felt as if you were going insane. Your body had to adapt to the new way of thinking. Although you were in a teenage body with teenage emotions, you were mentally mature, as Isuels' experiences were still intact, and you were also sharing your experiences.
But sure enough, after six months of intense therapy, you regain full functionality of your speech patterns. Your mind has settled with your academic, family, and friends memories.
You and your family did everything together. You went on family vacations; you ate out twice a week. You build family dynamics and learn afresh to love each other because you realize how precious life is and that it is too short to live without each other. You experienced real family love; your parents' rule was to sit around the table during dinner, no TV dinners. You hold hands and give grace- a very spiritual family. You didn't have that in Isuel's life. No one cares about their family. You got your dinner and ate it wherever you were hungry. When your brothers decided to return home from their various locations, they retrieved their food from the warmer.
But this family cared. You were sent for therapy to deal with your "loss." You felt happy. You completed the rest of your senior school courses via homeschool because your best friends were already at university. You missed out on everything.
Going to dance classes was the best therapy for you. Running daily with your dad in the morning was your highlight. One day, when you and your parents went shopping for new clothes in Gangnam, a modelling scout from "High Up Entertainment" saw you and was so entranced by your beauty, right there and then, they convinced your parents to sign you up as a trainee. This new agency was a start-up agency, and after checking the background of the said agency, you became a trainee. But the training program was demanding. Dance and vocal lessons were part of the preparations. But all the trainees there wanted to succeed, and competitions were prevalent. You had to stand out and present something different.
