I hear the door open from the kitchen, "Y/N~! where are you?" Phil slurs "kitchen!" I yell back, he walks in a sits his stuff on the counter. He walks up to me and stands beside me waiting for a kiss, I turn my head a peck his lips. He opens his mouth like he wants to speak, "go ahead!" I say waiting for his rant about how terrible work was.
"Okay so basically, powel was being a douche bag he kept saying that I wasn't a good cop and that sucked at my job and it hurt. I know he was joking but still it hurt me to think that I wasn't good enough..." as he rants I countiue cooking dinner, "and then the chef was being an ass with his assy voice and assy hair, God he has a stick up his ass.." He jumps to sit on the counter, "he was talking about how I should respect him more and how I need to pay attention maybe he needs to stop being a douche!" I grab two plates from the cabinet and start placing the food on them.
"Dinner is served!" I say handing him his plate, he takes bite and countiues with a mouth full of food "I mean i pay attention right? This is really good babe!" I laugh "for sure Phil,"
