Yoongi admired out of the corner of his eye how Hoseok drew with total concentration lying on his stomach on the floor, with crayons of different colors scattered around him and moving his little feet to the rhythm of a lullaby that hummed under his breath (because Hoseok was always singing or humming), and how his tongue peeked out of the corner of his mouth as he frowned as he focused his gaze on one part of the drawing and grabbed another crayon.

Yoongi smiled tenderly and turned his attention to the story he was reading, so far, his favorite story.  It was about a gluttonous monkey that did not want to share its bananas with the rest of the jungle animals.

"Snack time, kids!"

Mrs. Jung entered the room with a tray in her hands, where she was carrying two glasses of yogurt and a tupper full of animal-shaped cookies. Hoseok immediately stopped what he was doing and ran to his mother excited about it.

"Sweetheart, calm down, you're going to make me throw it all away." She scolded him and then looked disapprovingly at the mess he left on the floor. "You know the rules, Hoseok, if you want to have a snack, first order your things."

Hoseok pouted but did not protest, he ignored her and began to gather all his crayons, putting them back in the box under the watchful eyes of Yoongi and Mrs. Jung, who smiled slightly as she placed the tray on a table made to measure for the children.

"All right, honey?"  She spoke to Yoongi and he nodded as she placed the story on the bedside table.

"Yes, Hoseok only draws, it's a gift for me," he admits in a low voice and, without knowing why, a strange heat settled on his. cheeks.

Mrs. Jung restrained herself from screaming in sheer tenderness.

"I think so." He nodded. "Now come have a snack."

A couple of hours later, when it was time to go to his house, Hoseok showed him with a smile the drawing that he had made with so much care. "They were two wolves, little ones." One was green and one was pink.

"We are ... Both of us." The youngest's chubby little finger touched the two little wolves on the paper as he gave his explanation. "You and me. Dad told me a story about wolves and..." His little hand clenched on the corner of the paper because of nerves. "We are both."

Yoongi smiled shyly and grasped the paper with extreme delicacy, pressed it against his chest and felt warmth swirling inside him.

""I love it, thanks Hoba." He told him softly as he folded it and put it in his shorts pocket.

"My wolf is green because I like green.  And your wolf is pink because... I like the color of your..." the little boy approached the black-haired man and his finger pressed against the older man's cheek, which, as if it were on purpose, that color Hoseok He was speaking, he was present and the least happy laughed "That color!  I like it!"

Yoongi didn't know what to do, he didn't know where to look and that feeling of shame seemed to only get bigger as Hoseok pecked his cheek.

Luckily for him, his mother interrupted the scene, approaching the younger while extending a light blue diver with white stripes to Yoongi, because it was starting to get quite cold outside and he was not warm enough, after all when he had gone out in the tomorrow the day was beautiful.  Hyorin, on the inside, is still insulting herself for forgetting to bring pants for her son.

"Very well. Time to go home" she exclaimed, kissing her son's head as she appeared from the diver's hole.  "Say goodbye Yoongi."

Nara, hand in hand with Hoseok, accompanied the Min to the door and they were about to say goodbye until Hoseok let out a loud exclamation as he opened his eyes in panic and ran back into the house.
