Jay looks at her nervous face.

"What happen-"

"Nothing- it's just nothing!"

Kristen says, her breathing rate increasing as anxiety was now taking over. Jay notices her state and stops the car on the sideway.

"Hey, is everything okay?"
Jay ask her getting concerned.

Kristen immediately gets off from the car.

"Kristen- where are you going-??"
Jay gets off from the car as well and holds her arm.

"Where are you going?"

"Just leave me alone jay!!"
Kristen says tearing up

"𝗡𝗼, 𝗜'𝗺 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗴𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗮 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘄"

Kristen looks at him still holding her arm tightly.

"Can't you just-

"Why are you being like this Kristen? why are you running away from me? I didn't do anything still why-"

"You didn't do anything? really?"

They both looked into each other's eyes for a sec when a tear fell from Kristen's eye.

Kristen scoffs
"Yeah, you didn't do anything wrong. I was the one who was wrong Every fucking time. right?"

Jay looks at her never letting go of her arm.

suddenly Kristen gasps and holds her head.

"kris-"

"M- my- head-"

Kristen faints and Jay immediately holds her into his arms.

"Kristen!!"

"Kristen! hey! what happened to you-"

Jay picks her up in his arms and gets in the car.

"Kristen wake up!!"

He try to wake her up several times but she was not waking up. He started his car and made his way to his house.

"Just hold in there Kris"

The moment they reached his house Jay immediately rushed out of the car and picked Kristen up in his arms and went inside his house, he rushed to his bedroom and laid Kristen on his bed and called the doctor.

"Hm, I've checked her up, you don't have to worry too much Mr. Adams. It was because of too much stress, I've given some meds just make sure she takes them on time. I'll get going now."

"Thank you doctor."

When the doc left Jay and Kristen were left alone in the room.

A/N pov:

Jay sits beside Kristen's laying figure and looks at her with so much care. He grabs her hand in his and says

"What is it? that you're so stressed about."

He massages her hand and holds it dearly in his.

"𝑾𝒉𝒚 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒃𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒑𝒂𝒊𝒏 𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒂𝒍𝒐𝒏𝒆?"

Just then Kristen open her eyes and stare at Jay's eyes.

"Do you wanna know why I'm being like this?"

Kristen says leaving Jay speechless. he look into her eyes for a sec, not leaving her hand.

"I was waiting for this moment."

"𝐂𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐢 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮."
