TONIGHT WAS THE NIGHT FOR DAMI and Indiyah's first date. Everyone was thrilled for them, but it also meant that the rest of the island's residents would enjoy a relatively relaxed evening with little of importance happening while the couple was away.
As she sat in the alcove with Jacques, Drew crossed her legs over those of the rugby players. As they talked, he began stroking his finger up and down her calf. "I saw you sulking today when I was talking to Jay." The boy heard Drew say.
"I wasn't sulking." He lied. Drew chuckled because Jacques wasn't fooling her. "I think you were. I could see you over Jay's shoulder."
"Were you too busy looking at me instead of listening to Jay?" Jacques questioned as his neutral expression changed to a smirk. Drew scoffed and firmly shook her head.
"No. Don't change the subject Jacques, admit it, you're jealous I'm getting to know Jay." Jacques was about to deny it, but he gave in and said it was true.
"Look, it's obviously not a nice thing to see your girl chatting with some other lad but I do genuinely think this will make us stronger."
