Chapter 1

/N: this is my first book so please no hate, my grammar and spelling might be off so sorry for that. the picture to the side or above is Courtney the main character ps she has a lip ring on the right but in the picture she doesn't . this is the first chapter i hope you like it.

"Courtney hurry up, or we are going to miss our flight!" Scarlette yelled at me, "I'm coming scar!" I yelled back from upstairs. So let me introduce myself I am Courtney Quinn and the girl yelling at me is Scarlette Hills. We are going to London for vacation and to record some songs for our bands EP. Are band has four members in it. Me, I'm the lead singer but i also play electric guitar, bass guitar , acoustic guitar, drum's, and keyboard piano. The other girls are Scarlette Hills she plays the drums and bass guitar, then there's Alice Fowler that plays every guitar you can think of, and then we have Juliette Barham she plays bass guitar and violin. Are bands name is Sunsets And Sirens, so now you know a little about us.

"You guys ready?" my mom asked as we all got into her car. "Hell ya, lets do this!" We all yelled. My mom just laughed. When we got to the airport I said bye to my mom and we went through security and got on the plane, we off to London.

When we arrived in London, we got our luggage and hailed a taxi. When we got to our hotel we went straight to our rooms to unpack all our stuff, we are staying at a hotel (A/N no really i wouldn't have guessed) for a week before we move into our new flat.

When we were done unpacking we hailed a taxi and went to the studio to meet up with Nicky our manager.

When we got there I text Nicky asking were she was, with in two seconds she popped out of a room and took us to a different room to talk.

"So you guys are not just recording your covers and songs while you here" Nicky said nervously. "What else are we doing then?" Juliette asked "Ummm well you will be co-writing songs with another band" Nicky said. "What Nicky you could have told us sooner when are they coming?!'' I yelled a little mad, " In a hour and a half " Nicky said "I'm going to go call my mom she wanted me to call her when we landed, is there any thing else we need to know Nicky?" I asked again. "Umm no not that i know of " she answered.

I nodded and walked out of the room. "Hey mom" i said "Hello honey i miss you already" "How was the flight? " she asked " It was good but this kid kept kicking my seat" i laughed "Oh my" she giggled "I have to go to work now honey, I love you please be safe" " I love you too mom and i will don't worry" " Ok bye" "Bye" then she hung up. When i walked back inside the girls were in their phones and i didn't see Nicky any were "Wheres Nicky?" " Don't know she just walked out like an hour ago" "What i was on the phone for how long?" "About an hour and 20 minuets" Alice answers "Ok then" i said sitting down next to Scarlette. I grabbed my song book from my bag and turned it to the newest song I'm working on. Right when i get my book out we all hear laughter than four guys walk in and behind them is Nicky and some guy, wile we know were Nicky went. " girls this is who you are co-writing with, this is Calum, Ashton, Michael, and Luke other wise known as 5 Seconds of Summer" Nicky said. "boys these girls are Alice, Scarlette, Juliette, and Courtney" Nicky told the guys. "Ok now that you have met lets see you guys perform" Nicky stated "boys you go first " there manager said to them "okay" they all said at once. I looked at the girls and gave them a 'wtf ' look . "what song should we cover" i think Calum said , everyone looked at me because I'm the most judge mental out of us. "teenage dirtbag " i said taking a drink of water. (A/N shes thirsty for them) After they preformed it we clapped, they were really good " that was really good " I said, the girls just looked at me. "Ok now the girls are up " Nicky said. When i got to the mic i saw my brother by the door and i knew what song we should cover. "This is 'kick me' " i said.
