THIS IS A story about teens who are in the stage of confusion and reality .
"Isabella" a faint voice echoes. "isabellaaaa" the voice becomes louder.
"huh?" Isabella says, waking up from total darkness. "you blacked out", the blurred figure says.
"Sam?"
"hi.." the voice says in a soft, quiet tone.
"agh, what happened last night? My head is thumping in painnn." she says, whining.
"well during the party you got really drunk and you blacked out so I took you home." she says, playing with my hair.
"wait did mom.." she started to say, quietly.
"No. She didn't she was crashed out on the couch you're safe but luckily for youuu I made hangover soup!", Samantha says, giggling.
"I could really use that thank you very much." she says, sitting up and eating the soup as her sister handing it to her.
Christy (their mom) awoke from a nap. Here's something I'd like to say about Christy. Samantha and her younger sister, Isabella, have both had their fair share of 'family problems'. Their dad left them when she was younger, he couldn't deal with their mom anymore , he abandoned them. They had a brother, he isn't quite around anymore. Their mom, mostly, physically and mentally abused both Sam and Bella. Bella's gotten quite used to it and so has Sam.
Later that night Bella snuck out her window. She had been thinking of moving into the school's apartment complex. Sam would be living in her own house soon anyway.
She had one best friend well her only friend. They'd been childhood friends. Their parents had been good friends but that was before their brother. Their brother is what made their parents the way they were, the arguing.
"hey!!" a voice called behind her. "Raven!!" Bella shouts. "BEANN!!!" Raven shouted louder.
They hugged each other. Bella wore a knitted green and black striped sweater, blue, ripped, baggy jeans, and her black and white converse. Raven wore a laced white nightgown followed with white sneakers.
"Ugh, I needed to escape that fucking house. It was literally killing me." Raven says, grabbing her lighter and a pack of camels out of her white purse. "Tell me about it." Bella says, scoffing.
This was the thing about the two girls they both struggled with their families. Raven was because her parents were disappointed in her ever since they found out she started smoking and drinking last year. Can you blame them though? Raven was a grade A student until she got introduced. She was the one who introduced Bella to it while Bella was venting to her about how she "wanted the pain to go away" and Raven had the perfect idea. Getting high and drinking the problems away.
A few hours pass and the girls had walked throughout their whole town.
"I should get home." Bella says, pursing her lips. "awww okay bye babes." Raven says, hugging Bella.
Bella walks through town and finally reaches her house driveway. She saw a car in her next door neighbors house she hadn't remembered before.
For two whole summers a house the same height and width as Bella's was being built right next door to hers. The same two story house. Her house was dark blue as the other one was yellowish.
Maybe it's the new neighbors. She thought. She climbed back through her window which she had to use the support of a tree to get to her room on the 2nd floor.
"Y'know that's kind of dangerous to do." a voice behind her said. She looked behind her.
"But thanks for the tip." he says looking at her slowly up and down and smirking.
"Let me guess. You just moved in?" I say, switching the subject. "That's what it looks like, right?" he says, his smirk now widening.
She smiles "Yeah."
"You have a cute smile." he says, you scoff, "why thank you." you say in a sarcastic tone.
"See you at school mysterious girl." he says winking at her.
"WAIT! Before you go please don't tell anyone about this." She says.
"No problem my lips are sealed!" he says, chuckling then closing his window.
She shut her window and pressed her back against the curtains. She bit her bottom lip and looked back out the curtains, curtains shut on his end. She closed her curtains and gather closed, then took a shower.
