She thought if she was going to die.

She thought if she got stronger.
"Hey, stay with me, please! The paramedics are coming, so stay calm."
She thought if she would see Kirito ever again.
She wrote something in blood, "A S U N A" before blacking out. She finally regained consciousness in a hospital bed.
"You are Shino Asada right?" It was the nurse. "Y-yeah." "Well it seems that you have a visitor." The door opened to reveal Silica and Kirito. "Hey Sinon, you feeling okay?" Silica asked. "I-I'm fine. Hey Sil- I mean, Keiko, can me and Kazuto be alone for a while?
"Okay, Shino!" She left, and it was just Kirito and her now. "So, Sinon, I saw that message you left before you were knocked out. I hate her for this now." "Oh..right." She responded. She didn't know what to feel after this, sad or happy, she couldn't decide. "I broke up with her because of this." "What? Kazuto, you didn't have to do that!" "But Sinon, I wanted to be with you!" Kazuto leaned toward the hospital bed and kissed her. They kissed for a whole minute. Shino was red like a ripe tomato. "Heh, now this is our real life kiss, our REAL first kiss." Kazuto said. "Mr. Kirigaya? Visiting hours are over now." The nurse said. "Okay, bye Shino!" Kazuto said. He left the room to see Keiko sitting there. "That was short." Keiko said. "Oh well, we can visit her again tomorrow."
As Kirito walked through the parking lot, Shino looked out the window and pressed her hand on it.
"I love you." She whispered to herself.
Before he jumped onto his motorcycle, Kirito looked back at the window Shino was looking through, and made a heart out of his hands. Shino laughed, and did the same.
