Part 18 - The Rogue Warriors vs Shinji and Nicholas

Joe and Co. jump Nicholas

Steven launches a left uppercut
Nicholas jumps back to avoid it and roars with the might of a lion immobilizing him and Devin

As the roar continues Joseph creates two Golden Ansrit BroadSwords and tosses one to Eddie

They rush Nicholas landing an X-shaped attack across his chest
He stumbles back as Devin and Steven are freed from the Roar's Power

Joe and Ed keep up their rush on Nicholas
Nicholas slowly heals his chest as he fights the two

Nicholas blocks Eddie's jumping 12-6 slash with his forearm causing the ground to break

With a slight opening Joe launches Emperor's Beam through Nicholas' stomach causing him to gag
Eddie then lands a left 6-12 kick on Nicholas' chin sliding him back

Steven and Devin watch the two battle

"You should charge up Desmagra, it's our best shot." Devin says

Steven laughs, "Like I'd have the time for that."

Devin says, "I'll protect you, my wind plus Joe and Ed will be more than enough."

"Alright, I'll get started." Steven gets down on one knee and cast a circle of black flames around him

Devin surrounds him in a veil of wind energy as Joe and Ed battle Nicholas

As he fends of the Rogue Warriors Nicholas thinks, *A Negma user?! Along with this kid with the golden Ansrit? Wait he can't be?!*

As Joe and Eddie barrage Nicholas the camera pans over to Shinji attacking Jhay

Shinji slashes from 2-7 with his right hand cutting Jhay across his forearms
Jhay grits his teeth but before he's attacked again Alex pulls him back with Sombales as Benny launches an Ice Spear through Shinji's chest

Alex asks, "Are you alright?"

Jhay starts to heal as he says, "Tis but a flesh wound."

Benny says, "We gotta take care of these guys with Consume or Desmagra. Seems like Steven is already on top of that."

Alex says, "I'll need you to keep him frozen then, with his regeneration I'll have to kill him in one blow."

Benny nods

As the three prepare for combat once more they hear a charge coming in the distance
The words "Golden Gambit" are shouted
Shinji looks to right and is hit with a full-body tackle from Daunte in Z'65

Benny, Alex, and Jhay smile as Shinji is knocked away into Nicholas

"How's Keifer?" Alex asks

Daunte says, "He won against his demon. Now we just have to have to beat these guys."

The camera pans towards Shinji and Nicholas standing up

Nicholas says, "There's a Negma user here."

Shinji says, "I noticed. Along with that Boy with the Golden Eyes, we have quite the catch here."
