Lucy arrived at school at 7:28, as usual. She went to her locker and brought out her Maths, Geometry and English books, as usual. Then her close friends, Diana met her by Lucy's locker, as usual.
"Hiii!!!" Diana exclaimed to her friend.
"hi." Lucy siad, without any excitment in her tone of voice.
Diana frowned at Lucy's respnse. "Whats up? U ok??" Diana asked. Lucy hated it when people asked her if she was ok. She never liked it when anyone made things about her or when she was the centre of attention, it was a problem as it caused her to miss out on so many great oppertunities.
"Everythings... fine!!" Lucy lied as she closed her locker. Everyhting wasn't fine though, it never was. "It's just that, everything's the same, latley."
Diana nodded as Lucy continued. "You always meet me here, I always give Elanour dating advice, I always admire Joshua from afar, everything's ALWAYS the same."
"I know, it's annoying, good things will happen, don't worry." Diana said. Lucy was mad at herself now as her friend had given her advice, she had made her problems a big deal!!!
Then suddenly Elanour walked up to Lucy and Diana, with a handsome boy, 7th most popular, 5th most gorgeous. Lucy immediatley recongnised him and leant on her locker, admiring his sparkling blue eyes, his large muscules, his unbuttoned football jacket with mud smeared on it from practise and his tight, fitted white tee that showed his defined abs. Lucy had been crushing on him for years and only Elanour and Diana knew. It was her biggest secret. Lucy was happy, as she stared at Joshua until Elanour anouncd... "Joshua and I are... DATING!!!"
Lucy felt tears rush to her eyes. Her hand slipped down the lockers which she was leaning on, causing her to fall over. All Lucy could think was: Elanour knew I liked Joshua!!! how could she do this to me!!!!??!?!???!
