The sound of a cloning pod opening up and a strange man in a white lab coat, screaming at a young boy "GET OUT OF THE POD NOW!". Was all to much for the unnamed boy in a black shirt with a distinct yellow and black logo on it.

Looking at the man in confusion he said "who am i, and where are we"

"i'll answer your questions once we get out of here"

The strange man rips the boy out of the pod and starts running, expecting the boy to follow him. As the man looks behind him the boy is standing there.

"Im not leaving with you until you tell me who i am, where we are and what this logo on my chest is"

"You're at CADMUS and thats a bat on your shirt but again i told you once we get out i will answer the questions". The man grabs the boy's wrist and drags him along

5 minutes later

Alarms are blaring as the man and boy are running to an elevator but then they hear a loud BANG then see something or is it someone flying at them.

Muttering under his breathe, "Damn you Bruce Wayne" as he sprints to the elevator pulling the unamed boy along with him.

"Who is Bruce Wayne" the boy said panting

"Well since we are pretty much almost out of here let me tell you something. You are Project Bat, Batman's clone"

"But who is Bruce Wayne and why are you damning him"

"Well you are also Bruce Wayne's clone, he is Batman and you're him just untrained"

The boy extremely confused but now set on finding Batman. Well finding Bruce Wayne could be easier. The elevator doors open onto a empty building free of alarms. The strange man pulls the boy with him.

"Your name is Batkid and you were made for the same reason Superboy was, but Im close with Bruce and couldnt stand seeing you in there so im helping you get out,"

The man grabs a dufflebag full of stuff then shoves it to the boy, "You will leave Metropolis on a bus for Gotham City then from there find Bruce Wayne or Batman and tell him his old buddy from CADMUS sent you"

"Yes sir" the boy claimed walking out to a pitch black night in Metropolis looking for a bus stop. He wondered what his name was. Was he like Batman with a secret identity. Will he ever find Bruce. As he sits down on the bus the boy questions his life and why hes on the world.
